I brewed this with a couple minor tweaks and entered it into the brewing competition at my local county fair this year. First place in its category and best in show. Great recipe that makes an excellent beer.
Hey Dennis, thanks for the video. In your recipe description you have the SRM at 19.3. Can I assume you meant 9.3? 19.3 seems a bit dark for Sierra Pale Ale. Thanks
Holy crap, just brewed one last week (tweaked mine also using centennial, described as a super cascade, for the 60/30 additions, the rest is cascade) and it's conditioning now after a 3 day dry hop! I did a 151f and 60m boil. Targeted 38 IBU.
Definitely a beer worth replicating. Sales have dropped off in my area and it's hard to find it fresh. It has to be fresh, ever tried one after 3 months in the bottle. ? 🤢 It sets in the warehouse in the heat. Nasty. May very well give this one a try..
just added the recipe to my brewfather profile, onto the list it goes. Can't get omega liquid stuff here in Ireland so I'll probalby just use US-05 but hopefully it works ok.

Yes... That was a typo. I will correct that now!

@@CityscapeBrewing will do!
One of my favorite beers
Mine too! 🍻
Nice work. Looks like you nailed it. I have crystal 40 on hand and going to give it a go instead of the 60 and see how it turns out.
That'll be fine. Just adjust it so the SRM is the same. Should be close! 🍻
Thanks!
You rock! 🤘🍻
Thanks! Happy to support!
