It may be use full for those who are looking very short time construction of building.
We do have a maintenance problem as after sales , if any troubles coming after few years you cannot do it yourself with local team. You need to call them only for any repair works , which is going to be expensive affair.
It is not for commener , this may be usefull for the rich people who is looking for farm house or on site secondary accommodation .

I just enquired about Tata's Nestudio Home Pricing. It costs aroung 2500 per sqft. Average building cost from scratch is around the same 2500 per sqft price point. This option is not that attractive since this is not a conventional type of construction. If Tata wants to woo people into using this type of construction they will need an attractive price.
That can't be done because of steel base price....
The base price of Tata Steel is more....

If the engineer going to say he will construct an home at 1950rs then he will going to face the loss....or..... he will stop the work before finishing..... don't trust the word frnds.......buy the products for above the manufacturing cost..... Don't buy it for below the manufacturing cost because it will make either buyer or seller to suffer. This is a general principle of the life
