Discovered YOU and I'm gonna make the Chile con Queso this Thanksgiving for the fam to enjoy - just returned from NM and couldn't get enough of it! Thank you for your sweet way of sharing :)
@@bsilva6064 hello! We have been wanting to do a fiesta burger, which is very popular in the Albuquerque area. It uses sautéed fresh green chile and onions.
@@bsilva6064 I don’t have a specific bacon wrapped jalapeño recipe, but my sister does. I will get it from her and feature it on the channel! Thanks for watching!
It's not green Chile sauce! Quit calling it sauce. It just Green Chile' 🤬 Thank goodness you didn't promote Hatch Chile' 🤮 Northern New Mexico Nativo Green Chile is the way to go. Its old heirloom Chile grown for generations and is a non GMO and has great taste.
@@lazio7495 Hello, I understand that it can be confusing when we prepare chili and chili sauce. I tend to agree with you on the Native chili line, it is some of the best I have ever had.
This is the easiest and simplest recipe I could find, and it was delicious. Thank you for sharing these green chile sauce recipes.
Yay! I am so glad it worked for you! Thank you for watching!
I have made green chili for years. It has been a staple that we have put on everything from eggs to enchiladas.
Me too! I grew up eating it with everything.
I can't imagine eating a meal without green chile sauce! Seriously, it's a staple item in our pantry.
@@gigigodwin2616 I know me too. There just isn’t a week where it’s not in my meal planning! Thanks for watching!
Nice! These are all great recipes for a quick addition to a meal. I can see that ground beef chile on mashed potatoes! Yummy! Thank you!

Thx so much, I actually mixed the first 2, charred the veggies, chopped them up and simmered. Two thumbs up from my hubbie & me!

Found an error for the first recipe. In the video you added 2 cups water, but it's not listed in the ingredients.
@@Bethiness thank you so much for catching that. I will work on getting it fixed. We appreciate you.
Green chili takes pepper, salt, garlic and that’s it!!!!!!!
I do not believe in using black pepper in my green chile. There are so many different ways to prepare it.
Yes. Dash of cumin too.
The only problem is, would have been nice if you showed what a green chili is...
Hatch green chili probably
I will typically use Hatch, but I really love the variations from around the city. The South Valley has some amazing chile.
