Black Knight as your primary, with either Demon Style (if you want to have both offense and defense) or Brick-Wall Style (if you... want to be a Brick Wall).
Then any Slow Super Armor spirit as your support. (I personally opt for Regigigas because I’m a Pokémon fan)

It's probably a coincidence but I love how I actually made this exact same spirit (yes even the support was the same) around the time the game first came out, and now you're doing a video about it. Niiiiiice. To be honest though, King K. Rool is possibly the most underestimated fighter in Smash. Think about it, strong attacks, a shield made by his brass belly, decent projectile & long range Specials, AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HIS WINDBOX SUMMONING COUNTER. Did someone just tell Sakurai that was something he did in a game he was in, even though it never happened, and Sakurai said: "Ok, give him a counter with a Windbox."?! That's just great. Why not give him Super Armor WITHOUT SPIRITS?! I'm sure nobody would care! In all seriousness, King K. Rool is awesome. And I hope that they don't nerf him anytime soon.
