- You asked me to put the Laowa 100mm f/2.8 lens onto my old Canon 400D so I did just that in this video! I'll use an old camera and put a new lens onto it for some macro photography.

Just bought the 400D with a kit for £65 on eBay. It'll be my first ever camera. Glad to see it can still be capable of producing nice shots

This old Canon is my current camera with a 55-250mm. Its not bad to be honest.

I still use my 400d. Such a capable camera even till now. It has taught me to be a better photographer. Not reliant too much on the fancy technology nowadays...

From here they didn't look that different bud, just goes to show its mostly in the lense rather than the camera

@@StewartWoodArt i have this same camera i want to master the camera first before i buy another up to date camera i love taking pictures but i only need like 2 cameras so which lens is great to have with the 400d

Fantastic video mate. You can definitely see the difference in the pictures. I love the fact you forgot how to use the camera lol. Definitely true about the lens over the camera

hi Stewart, I use extension rings with a Hélios silver lens mounted on a reverse ring I got very good results

Hi I have the EOS"R" (amazing camera) but still use EF & Olympus Zuiko lenses at this stage I just can't justify using RF Lenses (price & duplication mainly) the EF 100mm f2.8 usm and the Olympus zuiko 50mm f3.5 macro lenses still amazes me. What do you think? Great show I wish my local jumping spiders here in the land down under would behave like yours.🕷🕸 📸

Tamron 90, 180
Irix 150
And some of them Laowa lens.

I prefer the overall look of the 400d.
i want a canon 80d and i will get one but i want to know which camera lens do i need to get for my pictures to be better because the canon 400d came with a tamron 18-200 lens but the auto focus isn't as fast as other camera lens i want to know which camera lens can i buy for that 15 year old camera? and which flash do i have to buy for the canon 400d please help me out

Actually its all about the glass I got a Canon 5D MKII from 2009 I use with new glass. Its all about the glass great body crappy glass not the way to go.
