Thanks, this is a great POB - very accurate. I converted my cold dot. My EHP was divided by 3 (I was very tanky), so I'm dying a bit and that kinda sucks, but my DPS doubled to 36M so everything evaporates. And much easier to play. Spent about 40-50 div to convert (mostly skin, sceptre, helmet). That was starting from a cold dot build that was worth maybe 100 div, and I kept some pieces, so I think from scratch it would be a lot more - however I bought it all in 1 day, so being more patient would help. Also - seems that the chaos golem just dies very quickly and does nothing, but I don't have another idea for that slot. Anyway thanks again, very good guide.

haha, yes :) for real, prices on some items raised a lot, especially for skin of the lords/loyal, as it's now more rare drop and blessings are very expensive
Cheapest build i made this league was artillery ballista poison 30M Shaper DPS easy by just investing into Elemental Damage Since All damage Can Poison from crucible enables Doble Dipping.

Like I see that you have Arcanist Brand in a group with Flammability, Weakness, and Flame Surge. Do these all need to be linked? If not, what is the significance of having them in a "gem group?"
Hi! yes, all these 3 skills need to be linked with arcanist brand, it's for QoL auto casting them, u just dropping arcanist brand on the ground even 1 sec before boss appears and then u can just run, and your curses will be applied by brand

those colors are the best here, but u can use hypothermia instead of empower, so can be 1R 3G 2B. Or cruelty instead of swift affliction, so will be 3R 1G 2B

Only if u drop Forbidden Flesh/Flame and get Brine king pantheon for immunity to freeze 2. So only for -10% all res profane ground? but it has only 25% chance to create profane ground, our crit chance is just 22% with bottled faith, so it's 0.25 * 0.22 = 5.5% chance to create profane ground on each cast of vortex every 0.72 sec, not worth it imo, too low chance

thanks! one of important defensive layers here (except determination and grace) is high dmg, low cooldown on vortex and strong chills. So u need to get helmet with Vortex 30% cooldown recovery, also +1 to gems for vortex as much as u can, buy lvl 21 vortex if u still don't have it. With high enough dmg, u will just run through pack of mobs and they will not even hit u. Quartz flask is also important to have phasing
Im having big issues with being chilled and shocked all the time. Any tips on how to fix that? I notice you have no chill and shock reduction on your gear nor your passive skill tree, while I have overloaded my gear with reduction and still get stuck in almost every map until I die.
I am using forbidden jewels with Frigid Wake, they give chill and freeze immunity. For shocks can use Garukhan pantheon for 60% reduced effect of shock, or/and flask with such mod Until u have frobidden jewels, use Brine King pantheon, I thought it's pretty obvious, because everyone use it for freeze immune who don't have another source of it
roughly how many div? also u think you can ever make a newbie guide as to what kind atlas to use then cchange into what and what you think should farm for currency first etc in your own pov and playstyle to teach newer ppl who dont really know much about the game because too much info overload every where i look at youtube

I guess it will be 70div+ Haha, so youtube is already overloaded with info about farming, but u want me to make same video? :) I am not so good at farming currency like Grimro, EmpyrianGaming or some other popular streamers, so I don't think it worth making a video what I am doing, sometimes it's just heisting or delving (no deep), or running Black Star/Infinite Hunger (probably I will make again video with results from 100 runs on each of them)

Gear level is worse then your PoB for sure because on Ps4 realm some things simply do not exist but I have the +1 skin in 2/2/2 now (probably the only one on the server xD), capped suppress and 4,5 k life. The only thing missing is the 90% reservation hat so I am one chaos Golem short. What can be done to further increase tankyness? because I soon want to switch to 8mod map farming where I need serious defences to stay alive even with progenesis.
I think I'll respec my cold dot league start into this one. I think I spend around 20-30ish divs at this point and at 8.2M DPS I just don't see how I can get anywhere near the amount of damage this buid has. I probably can get to 10M, but I think it's just not worth the effort. Besides, it served me well and it's time to move on. I guess the budget for this build lowered a bit at this point? I haven't done the math, but do you think around 50div would be enough?
im having massive issues with this build. im new to the game and love the build, but i have issues getting pieces for it, and my dps output barely reaches enough to finish tier 4 maps. any tips or help is appreciated.
What is the lvl of your char? do u have lvl 21 Vortex? do have body with +1-2 socketed gems? do u have lvl 3-4 empower? Do u have good sceptre with +1-2 to vortex and dot multi? For me, it was super easy to reach 10-15M DPS, it scales very good

I have reservation efficiency from passive tree + my auras are in helmet with corrupted implicit "90% cost and reservation multiplier". If u don't have it, just add enlighten here instead of chaos golem

How are you fitting all three aura skills without anointing your ammy with Charisma? I cannot find a source of reservation efficiency in the build, so that's why I'm asking. Thanks!
@@K2Gaming_ Yeah I ended up getting the corrupted helmet but of course this late in the league the only one with the enchant and corruption is 20 div lol Tried to grind the enchant myself and ended up with 15% more effect of flammability which I felt was ok if not optimal. This late in the league I'll let it slide lol
@@imnotme1657 anyway we don't need more dps from enchant because we already have max dot dps. So inc cdr is rly good for mapping, with that movement speed Vortex triggers often enough to clear all mobs

However, my dot dps definitely is not maxed as I had to trade out some damage for survivability, my cluster jewels are not quite ideal and I had to trade back down to loyal from lords / corrupted loyal. I started late but would consider running cold dot into ignite again in the future for sure.
I don't think we can use here any good 30 attributes tattoo, maybe only with impossible escape jewel. But anyway dps is already capped at 36M, so we can add some survivability, 2% max life tattoos, reduced extra dmg from crits or life recoup
no, I don't think so, need something with much bigger aoe and maybe higher dmg. For blighted maps it's better to use skills that u cast at cursor location, but not around u

@@igmalt I have it almost every second on the video 0:03, 0:19, 1:58 etc. Look at vortex icon on my left mouse button, this small rhombus under it shows that this skill has elemental overload. Previously EO was in buff section on top of the screen, but they changed it in 3.16 to this small symbol near each skill. So just having some crit on Vortex is enough to proc EO
Did u watch video before asking? 10:03, I said that I am using Ignite Proliferation instead of unbound ailments for mapping. And as u can see, Ignite proliferation in POB is disabled, so it's 6L
no, it will be rly bad, elementalist has much better passives for ignite build. And to make it somehow work on occultist u need forbidden flesh/flame with Shaper of Flames, or take avatar of fire. Overall elementalist is much better for it
I started with this cheap shield charge + prismatic burst ignite: th-cam.com/video/9_KETVwjvIc/w-d-xo.html Then switched to Vortex ignite as it has much higher dps potential
I didn't try ubers with it. Made it for mapping, and it's not tanky enough for ubers I think, u have to be very good in dodging all hits to do them. For ubers I have wardloop ascendant and necro spiders, u can find them on my channel
vortex now is not an instant skill and we can't use skills on left mouse button, so it's now a walking sim anymore, still it can work as self-cast vortex ignite I guess (on RMB or Q etc)
it's hardly viable if u can dodge all bosses' hits and know all mechanics. As we have only 36M dot DPS cap, so uber boss fights will last for 1-2 mins at least, and u have to survive during that period

Died 1 time on maven memory game, sirus middle phase (step into vortex), and on some crucible mechanic with 100% lethal level, because it's rly hard for most builds First attempt at each boss with this build, I didn't even have more maps/frags to try and didn't want to buy more to record better runs
Calm bro... I can understand your problem.. Ive tried to switched to this build month ago. Eventhouh i capped all res; positive chaos res+100% suppress+ above 30k armour evasion... Still got 1 shot when being against rare mobs expedition... I dont know what is the main reason why the build sucked but i think lack of dps... Need more time to figure out the key mechanic of this buid. So im still playing cold dot 😅

it's not very tanky, but we deal dmg while moving, that's helps to survive a lot. I levelled it as all people do in 2023, in 5 ways

idk, maybe taste of hate, because biggest problem here is phys dmg. Maybe Glancing blows and add Tempest Shield
How many divine for this build would you say without getting the armor mod +2 aoe and +40% dmg ?

this is one those "all content viable" builds
it's pretty ok for all non-uber content. not very tanky, but still can survive some hits
somehow when I'm trying to convert to this in POB I'm missing 10% mana reservation. is there a common reason for why that would be?

How does your vortex cooldown so quickly?
Because Vortex gains cdr from lvl of gem, and I have it lvl 32, so 124% cdr from gem and + 30% cdr for vortex from helmet enchant

@@igmalt I have it almost every second on the video 0:03, 0:19, 1:58 etc. Look at vortex icon on my left mouse button, this small rhombus under it shows that this skill has elemental overload. Previously EO was in buff section on top of the screen, but they changed it in 3.16 to this small symbol near each skill. So just having some crit on Vortex is enough to proc EO

depends on your luck in finding uniques I am using and ability to craft rare items, 10-15M should be reachable

Did u watch video before asking? 10:03, I said that I am using Ignite Proliferation instead of unbound ailments for mapping. And as u can see, Ignite proliferation in POB is disabled, so it's 6L

no, it will be rly bad, elementalist has much better passives for ignite build. And to make it somehow work on occultist u need forbidden flesh/flame with Shaper of Flames, or take avatar of fire. Overall elementalist is much better for it

Then switched to Vortex ignite as it has much higher dps potential
36m dps cant kill uber or why so bad showcases
I didn't try ubers with it. Made it for mapping, and it's not tanky enough for ubers I think, u have to be very good in dodging all hits to do them. For ubers I have wardloop ascendant and necro spiders, u can find them on my channel

vortex now is not an instant skill and we can't use skills on left mouse button, so it's now a walking sim anymore, still it can work as self-cast vortex ignite I guess (on RMB or Q etc)

is this build viable for ubers?
it's hardly viable if u can dodge all bosses' hits and know all mechanics. As we have only 36M dot DPS cap, so uber boss fights will last for 1-2 mins at least, and u have to survive during that period

@@ME-re9tb lets see, deathless all shaper guardians, elderslayers, maven's invitations, shaper, uber atziri. Died 1 time on maven memory game, sirus middle phase (step into vortex), and on some crucible mechanic with 100% lethal level, because it's rly hard for most builds
First attempt at each boss with this build, I didn't even have more maps/frags to try and didn't want to buy more to record better runs

Calm bro... I can understand your problem.. Ive tried to switched to this build month ago. Eventhouh i capped all res; positive chaos res+100% suppress+ above 30k armour evasion... Still got 1 shot when being against rare mobs expedition... I dont know what is the main reason why the build sucked but i think lack of dps... Need more time to figure out the key mechanic of this buid. So im still playing cold dot 😅
