How to change verification phone number in office 365? | Office 365 | English

In this video, we will see how to change the phone number where we get the verification code in office365. There is two factor verification for security reasons, where in we will have to type the verification code that comes via sms on our phone to successfully login.

You will have to contact your company admin to change your old mobile number to current number. I am afraid, without working phone number, you can't change it. Hope you change yours. Thanks!

Two factor verification is turned on by your organisation and you will not have the control to turn it off. Sorry!

Basically worthless.
The actual answer is you have to have your Outlook Admin turn-off 2 step verification, then turn it back on so that it will have to request your new phone number.

This is not helpful if you no longer have access to the old number. It's impossible to change.

You can go to www.teams.microsoft.com on a browser and login using your credentials.. or www.outlook.office.com
