hey man, I think that at around 48:40 you put the explanation and graphics for another problem instead of the one for the price of houses in relation to its size. i also recomned you disect your longer videos into sections for easier navigation amazing video btw. thank you, it was really helpful !

Possibly show some actual experiments with data, show statistics as a really important thing. And yeah try to advertise more on other social media. You got this bro 👍
