There is a battle that needs to be won everyday. The battle between what you know you need to be doing, and what you feel like doing. Once you have your strategies figured out, winning this battle everyday must become your focus to master yourself.
you are right Niche friday i focus on Es where was not a FRD and i missed the real Trade on Gold every day is battle within ourself
i think your point about self mastery is the critical one. Most of us have a good edge by now. Having the mental fortitude to stay in process is the be all and end all.
@josephharley9448 The reason I always talk about this is because my trading business is my 3rd business in my life that I have created in the past 25 yrs. My first 2 , I wasn't doing self Mastery, just going to to gym. They both ended the same way. I worked really hard, started making over 6 figures a year , then fk it up. Hanging around lots of women, partying and losing my focus. Self sabotage. A lot of men will do this. I'm not doing it a 3rd time. Clean life and meditation is the glue to keep me from falling back into bad habits. I got too much of a good thing going on to start celebrating now. All that will always be there. A really good trader has to be better than normal men and women, because normal people can't do this, not for very long anyway. They'll fk it up

I truly love this setup it is very simple to spot and scalable in seize. Only trading out of balance markets in the NYC session is the way to profitability!

MY Mentor... I was watching Gold wensday FGD on the template that is out of balance Thursday gave us false FRD Friday pump from closing price all sessions long's 🙌🥰
So Glad I found your channel Stacey, this knowledge is simple, makes so much sense but I never knew about it being a novice, I was just throwing money at the gold market on low time frames and wondering why I wasnt getting ahead when the market was making new highs. Maybe now I can reverse that trend. Will be following you very closely from now on!

Adding size is very tricky but i would recommend the universal criteria 20ema for adding more size only if the market touches it

Very important video which clearly shows how higher highs on the inside or lower lows on the inside is a process for trapping traders who got the direction right but got the timing wrong.
Then the next lot of traders to get trapped are the traders who ignore the first leg of the PnD or DnP template.
The PnD setup sets up like this:
Lower lows on the inside then pump (sit on hands)
then dump.
The DnP sets up like this:
Higher highs on the inside then dump(sit on hands)
then pump.
Yes! I was studying this last night on AU (you touched on it on EU) but while the 3 session setup on Friday was a “breakout/consolidation/reversal”, it was simultaneously day 3 of a larger template- “breakout, pullback, continuation” (3 day setup)
Yes but for demonstration purposes, because so many people are chasing down closing days as FRD, I stated I would not show other information to show how simple and clear the setups are when they setup.

Higher highs, lowers Lows on this inside negate everything to the left it’s higher/lower than ‼️‼️

The more I watch the more clicks. I have gone from grasping a little and feeling like you were talking really fast to understanding the weight and context of every word you say and being able to apply it to whatever chart I’m looking at. Initially I wondered why you made so many videos and what could possibly be so important that you make them daily and now as soon as you post it I watch it usually 5 or 6 times, then spend the rest of the evening reviewing your past videos. @@StaceyBurkeTrading please make videos on lower closing days that were supposed to be FRD or FGD but were not respectively, Day 0 , Reset.
(That a day's opening price is lower than it's closing price does not make it a FRD; same with FGD)

Not to be argumentative, but where I’m from a 42 pip daily range on the eurusd is not explosive. More like watching paint dry almost.😊 Still a good dip to buy.
It's not about catching pips it's about the repeatable set ups that are high probability that can be sized into.
@@AndrewH2791 So if there were massive sizing being placed by smart money there wouldn't be more than 42 point daily range? I was just saying that it's really not "explosive". let me know when you put on more size and you're not concerned about catching pips after placing your trades.
@@brianjames7607 Dont need to be so defensive I am just saying it is the set up being demonstrated here that is what matters. This exact set up on a larger time frame for example which would of course be more than a 42 pip range. Set-ups.
@@AndrewH2791 I'm not being defensive. I'm pointing out what might be considered an exaggeration in description . Time frame has little to do with the final range of the day. It's the same on the one minute chart as it is on the daily chart.

HI stacey, Gold compare to EU was a perfect FRD as it's not in breakout mode, wasn't it? Also , On 1m @ NYO it gave HOD sell opportunity when it coiled at level but that didn't turned out. pls can you clarify this i was wondering why you left Gold in this video...Any of you guys if you can help, driving me nuts?
Is it recommend to only look for such setups on friday? Or can you also trade the on other days of the week (especially wed thu) thank you for your reply
This video explains Friday but if you look back for these setups on your own charts they are any day that setups form

Whats the moat used timeframe for dump and pump/pump and dump? Its hard to keep track of the 1 min, 5 min and 15 mins for several pairs. Can someone please help! Ha
I use 30 minute to watch the week unfold. 5 minute for entries once I have a SETUP on the day.
