Bro, such questions can't really be answered. Every college has a separate criteria and cat cutoff %. I personally don't know the exact criterias IIM Shillong is looking for in its students. People come from diverse backgrounds, with a huge range of percentiles from 93 upto 99 So the best thing I can suggest for you is to try and maximize your percentile. Aim for a 99+ or a 99.5+ and then pray that you get a call. When you get your B-School call, try to convert the best call you have. That's the only thing in your hands.

It's difficult with a 6 in 10th however your arts background might give you more preference due to diversity. You can't really change the past now, so no point worrying about the 10th and 12th scores. Try to maximize your grad scores and get an amazing % in CAT

My XAT was around 90%. I did not give SNAP. I scored 250 in NMAT and 95% in CAT

The higher your %, the better your chances but if you're saying ABC and FMS, 99.5+ would be a safe score to atleast get a shortlist from FMS.
