Thank you I don’t know if I was in an abusive relationship. He never hit me or cheated. But he did make threats to me that one day he will. But I wasn’t great in the relationship, I was occupied with work and living day by day. I would get sassy in fights. I started going to church in the first time in years and I finally had the feeling of I can’t be in this situation anymore. It’s not right , I shouldn’t be treated this way..no women should. But I started second guessing myself and I want him back and I want him to change but if he doesn’t it’s okay because I need him and his daughter. My body and soul is so used to him. I feel like I abandoned her but I have to remind myself That I was just a bonus mom, She has a mom and a dad and her sisters..she has a big family. But he’s just a man, he’s no god and this man made me hate myself and made me feel unworthy of comfort, love and respect because how I went about things. The situation changed me despite how much I invested and poured loved into the family unit that I could had have.

I just had my first break up of 4 years. It hurt even more bc I was the one who had to walk away. The relationship broke me emotionally, physically, and mentally. I knew it over for over a year but I stayed bc I was in love with his potential and the thought he could change for me. All the broken promises destroyed my trust. I hope you read this. Because I am right there in the trenches of hell with you. My ex fiancé and I had brought a baby girl in the world. I changed. I had to, I was a mother now. I thought he had changed too. But in reality he was who he had always been I had just been blinded to it. I thought he would step up and help, to be the man he promised me he would be. In reality he was selfish. He was unkind and he had enough of his act. His act was only good when nothing was required of him. I loved the things about him that were irresistible not to. He was so loving, so charming, such a warm person to be around until one day he wasn’t. I swear I bended over backwards for him, and I am a prideful person. Eventually I let him go. I recently found out he passed. He was 35 and died of a heart attack. I had last seen him 3 months ago & now he’s gone. At his funeral I was distraught I thought why didn’t I try harder why couldn’t we have been together?! Then I found out he had started another relationship with someone else. Someone with a child that he was there for but her couldn’t be there for his own daughter. I have no inspirational words right now but, I do know he wasn’t my person. As much as I miss him he didn’t treat me and my daughter like we deserved. God has plans for me. I don’t know what they are but, I have to believe better things are ahead. I hope you do too.

I feel like I should listen to this everyday. I had to leave someone I thought I would spend the rest of my life with and it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever been through in my life. For a while I cried every single day of my life, so much that I would have nose bleeds and cough up blood. Broke me down to my soul, but I don’t so much want to find someone else I just want to find myself. I want to be alone for a few years. Yes, that’s how bad I wanted him, and I know I’ll never love anyone else like I did him, but I have to heal. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one. In a weird sense I learned to not regret exs only because in that moment in time it was something and someone we wanted and desired. So if it ended up not working out in the end, we think we need to regret it but in that specific moment of time it was what had brought us happiness and what we wanted for ourselves. Sometimes it works out and other times it doesn’t and we feel pain but we also learn a lesson and do allot of reevaluating and self love. Life definitely does change when it starts to flush out the people who aren’t meant to stay. ❤️

In my defense, I met my ex when I was 19, and he planted the seed (in my head) to believe that he was "the one" & I fall for his childish ways everytime he tries to come back. (I'm 35 now and he's 42)
I have the hardest time keeping him blocked and to not think about him so much, because he was my first Love.
I've tried to get help in the past, but it never helped.

My mom died of cancer in 2018 and she was the one holding our family....ever since I've been living with my toxic dad and siblings I feel as if I was born in the wrong family every single day...I do well in school and non of them is ever satisfied...they talk really mean things about me and sometimes I just lay in my room crying all day...now with the help of this video and the really nice people in this comment section I'm not going to let them in my mind...I'm just going to focus on my studies and leave this house next year...may God guide my every step thru the journey🛐

Rather they deal with you because of how you make them feel, money, sex, even because they are hurt and just need somebody to help them get through their rough time in life so they need someone to be their for them, a person could be vulnerable and just stick around because they need you etc etc etc allll of these things can make a person stick around you and that fool and trick Alotttt of people and they think that this person is really loyal to them or down with them but in reality they just needed you and their motives from the BEGINNING wasn’t (genuine). So eventually that’s always gonna break. Never was REAL loyalty from the beginning.🤙

Please pray for my marriage it is falling apart after 4 months of marriage and being together for about 6 years. I put my marriage in Gods hands. My ex broke up with me. The sad part is he stop taking care ofve his child. It really hurts so bad I didn think he would done that. He makes excuses why he had cheat and lie. When I finally do leave him alone he tells me how much he still loves me and miss me. That's where I get confuse at and still wants to hold on to think he would change for Us. I really needed to get that off my mind and chest. This is enough.
I finally found the courage to let go of my 23 year friendship with my best friend who I now know was toxic for me. I cried for a minute but realized that I can not be apart of a relationship that was not good for me. If they make you feel guilty all the time; it isn’t a healthy relationship.

My sister stopped talking to me about 7 months ago. I stood up to her to protect my 15 year old, who has been struggling with mental health problems. I did apologize and sent her a heartfelt message. I found out through my mom that she never read it. When I reflect upon our relationship, it was only one sided. If I went along with what she wanted, I was safe from her disappointment and coldness. I guess the season of our relationship passed. I think I’ve held on to our relationship out of loyalty. But loyalty has an expiration date.
God had a different plan. My cousin who is a devoted Christian has been providing me with that sisterly love. She fully accepts my child and frequently checks in along this difficult journey. Even though the door closed on my biological sister, He opened a door of love and grace. He gave me exactly what I needed.
Needed this today , I am going through a situation I want to hold onto but I know God has greater 💕 it is a process, day by day, it will take growth and faith but all God has for me will be and I will not falter due to the hurt I have now ... I can't see what God has ordained but I know one day I will have more happiness than I've ever know , that I believe in Jesus name...Amen ...we will all stand stronger by letting go of unhealthy relationships 💕 and trusting the process despite not seeing what is to come, be blessed everyone

My ex husband walked away and I was devasted but now see it as the BIGGEST BLESSINGS IN MY LIFE, he was extremely abusive and so confused at the time but see it with clarity now, I thank God every day for getting through it and feel SOOO GRATEFUL NOW FOR THE WAY THINGS TURNED OUT, I feel STRONGER AND HAPPIER NOW then I have ever been, I feel sooo blessed to be FREE.

Still painful because we are getting divorce but I know God has a better plan for me. My girlfriend broke up with me 3 days ago.I’ve been devastated to say the least. it was a 3 year toxic and chest heavy roller coaster relationship.I felt like I was running on a treadmill trying too give her reassurance.I’m wondering if it’s a coincidence that I woke up at 5:00Am this morning on a Saturday and thought I wonder what I could watch on TH-cam other than go back to sleep so I don’t have to deal with anxiety and my mind replaying painful thoughts over and over.this video really helped me see some light to walk toward.
