    Thank you so much .. My fryer arrived this morning and the instructions were as clear as mud, I nearly sent it back. I had second thoughts and found your video which explained it perfectly. Thanks again 👍

    Thank you so much for your help/support- I’ve recently become a sheep and it’s stood fully packaged for a few weeks as I’m not particularly very techy so it’s been there safely so I can look at it , my anxiety reaching boiling point as I knew I’d have to take the plunge.
    Well I did just that last night……chicken and fries !
    I hadn’t a clue what I was doing but I was determined to try.
    They cooked ok and were edible 😟.
    However, I’ve found you today and I’m so glad I have. You have given clear instructions at a perfect tone, speed and volume - eloquent presentation.
    I’ve saved you because I know I’ll need reminders but I’m feel far more confident to use next time.🎉🎉🎉

    Thanks Ade. I am buying my first air fryer today, ( this model ) and I found the video very informative.
    As you say, the instructions with these appliances can be quite confusing and you have explained it clearly so I'll be good to go when it arrives.
    Thankyou for taking the time to explain. I am sure most viewers are grateful. Sadly there is always the odd exception. 😕

    Thank you for your thorough and very helpful run through of the features of this dual air fryer. After listening to your advice and trying out our new Tower Vizion dual tray model, I baked some semi prepared bread rolls and then cooked some home made sponge cup cakes. A successful first attempt - many thanks!

    Brilliant instructions…Thank you! The booklet from Tower is over complicated, I feel confident after seeing your video that it’s basically deciding what temperature to use and how long to cook food for.

    • @adeburnham419
      @adeburnham419  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      They have overcomplicated the instructions....... You don't need all the food symbols it really just needed a temperature control and timer control.
      I press 'any' food symbol and then adjust the temperature and time manually.

    • @ChuckFickens1972
      @ChuckFickens1972 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      They haven't just over complicated the instructions, they've over complicated the entire user interface! (UI)
      Why do you need to select a pre-set first, that's just stupid, let people hit 1 and then just set a time and temp.
      Why does it time out if you don't press anything for a few seconds, My elderly mother and (now departed) father aren't/weren't used to modern interfaces and are never able to select the next step before it times out on stuff like this.
      Also.... Who the hell puts plus/up on the left and minus/down on the right on any control?!?!
      I'm a IT engineer and work closely with software engineers and user interface designers, and this interface is rubbish.

    You're not wrong in saying that the operation of this air fryer is over complicated. The instruction booklet is absolute PANTS, and could just as well have been written in Chinese for all the use it was. I've struggled for nearly 3 months, and now I've watched your video, bingo. Now I know exactly what I'm doing. Thanks 👍.

    I wondered what the Smart Finish was. Thank you for explaining more clearly than the manual.
    I worked out the rest easily enough but I can understand how people are confused by this compared to other manufacturers.
    The 20/20 figure is really helpful. I got some frozen fish goujons from Aldi stating they can be Air Fried but there was no figures other than 'see manufacturers instructions' which was really helpful, not. I used the fish setting on the fryer and they came out perfectly crispy.
    I'm not sure you mentioned it but people should still check food halfway through as they would on a regular oven.

      Unfortunately Tower have over complicated the control panel......All you needed was one cook button and you adjust the temperature and time accordingly to what you are cooking.
      Instead they gave you nine ??
      Just use one for everthing it's far easier than looking for an appropriate food symbol as they are all just pre set settings nothing more nothing less.
      Hopefully the video makes it less daunting :)

    Thought I would watch this whilst waiting for my fryer to be delivered tomorrow. Thank you so much, your explanations were very good making it sound and look easy. I will keep coming back to this as I need it. One question, do you have to preheat the basket before cooking ? If you don’t will it make the cooking time longer ? Thank you once more.

      No the only time pre heat is used is if you are baking a cake 😉

      Morning Ade, hope you don’t mind me messaging you. I have a fruit cake recipe that I use in the oven, it is 150 for 2 hours. Can I do this cake in my tower air fryer using the 20-20 as you mentioned. Thanks for your help

      @@chrischaplin8604 Cakes through experience come out better in your normal oven having said that if you have a cake tin that will fit in your air fryer it will cook using the 20/20 rule but like everything in the air fryer it's a little trial and error to see what works and what is cooked better in the oven 😉

    Hi I was wondering how you made your screen so bright just brought one today and can hardly see the screen

    • @adeburnham419
      @adeburnham419  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not that bright a few people have commented on that it.......I made the video in December so probably a little darker then in my kitchen rather than if I recorded it now in the brighter summer months.....

    Thank you this is so helpful. I was just randomly pressing the temperature and nothing was happening. Just one quick question, when you reduce the temperature by 20 degrees from the packet, is this 20 degrees from fan oven temperature or standard temperature. Thank you 😊

    • @adeburnham419
      @adeburnham419  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's 20 degrees from the fan oven temperature and 20% off the cooking time although I'd still check on what your cooking now and again as it not set in stone but it's a good guide.....

    Do you know if I can cancel one compartment and change the program without turning the whole machine off?

      Press the basket you want to stop and then adjust the time to zero........ Just select the other basket and change the time and temperature accordingly 😉

    Do you need to pre heat it? I was told you don't need to pre heat air fryers

    • @adeburnham419
      @adeburnham419  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No you don't but if baking cakes it's advised to pre heat 😉
