This conversation brings a new era, level of understanding about the pros and cons of pro oxidants and antioxidants, and methylene blue
It's crucial stuff, for sure.
Thank you very much, Ari and Dr. Scott, for this brilliant enlightening conversation. 🙏🧡💙❤
You're welcome, glad you found it helpful!
@@TheEnergyBlueprint It's the Universe's special treat to be able to enjoy this conversation by Scott and you, Ari. Tnx, again. 💖

Super!
At Ari : Thanks for sharing this. I appreciate at around 16m in, you call out a nuance that I've heard in other, similar discussions. Thanks again for the terrific interview!
My pleasure!
Hello there,i enjoyed it to the maximum!
Is is marvelous!
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is interesting. I'm taking Dihexa from swisschems for improving memory and also focus through out the day but they also have this in their store.
So how do you like the Dihexa?
Excellent interview🔥👏
Thanks, again!
@@TheEnergyBlueprint Certainly
Great episode👍
Thanks!

Nice delivery
Thanks
I have been taking it since december for my MS fatigue. Still pretty fatigued, but my memory seems a bit better. I have a book about it and the book did not state that you should not take within 2 hours of iodine. I take 10 drops(10mg) 2x a day. when I go above that I get very itchy and my neuropathy gets worse.
Have you looked into Dr. Wahls for your MS? Her story is miraculous.
Love it🔥👏
Thanks, Erwin!
@@TheEnergyBlueprint You got it
I wish I could get one person, ONE to give me an accurate dose of MB.
There's still a lot of guesswork with this.
Dr. Berg
How long & how close should we use NIR with MB? The same as you recommend regular NIR therapy in your book? (I have one of the NIR panels you recommend in your book.)
You can use that as a guide, yes.
I love, Methylene Blue💙
Good stuff, eh?
@@TheEnergyBlueprint Yes indeed
For energy/inflammation problems, which of your products would you recommend?
Ari, what dose regime of methylene blue, would an 88kg person follow for a Multi day (3 days/72 hours), Level 2 (steady state type of exercise challenge, (I used very high dose B complex the last time I did this type of challenge).
Could it help liver function from antibodies attack?
Will MB destroy the beneficial bacteria in the mouth and sinuses that convert nitrate foods like greens into beneficial NO. eNOS etc.?
How/where do I buy this?
Is there any info on MB for dogs? I have a young dog with ruptured Achilles.
Will start red light therapy and wonder if MB could assist. But is it safe for dogs?
I haven't looked into this, but it's likey good for dogs. Not sure you need the MB for the Achilles though.
You typically have some kind of a discount code deal for listeners but I don’t see one for this episode.
You mentioned blood pressure problems. Would that be both high and low blood pressure?
Potentially, yes.
would you recommend using Methylene Blue for Restless leg?
It seems to help some people but it's not reliable for this.
What is considered low dose when a 1% solution is dispensed in drops for example at a body weight of 80 Kilos? I've been taking anything from 6 drops every third day to 18 drops weeky or months at a time. Thanks
I think it varies a lot what people classify as "low".
It isn’t “magic” for me but at 5-10mg, which is 10-20 drops, I notice intense BJJ classes feel MUCH easier, that feeling where you’re struggling to breathe with cardio seems to be very mitigated. This would be a low dose some people say 1mg/per kg of body weight is still good.
I will likely experiment with increasing the dose as well. In terms of the mental effects I haven’t been able to quit the adderall yet but I’m not taking nearly as much.
Could MB, help stop cranial tinnitus
It's not inconceivable.
🔥 Lets talk about titration dosage. Give us more input please! 🔥
I suggest you contact Dr. S directly for that.
I suggest you contact Dr. S directly for that.
Is Methylene Blue as effective as Aderrall?
Not always but it's safer.
My question. I’ve always looked at meds as a good thing. But I believe we develop an acceptance. And a dependency. So. I use Methylene Blue but don’t want the dependence. Anything looking at that ?
Just looking at our history. We need Vitamins. Some are reported as needed every day. Hmmm. And where did early man get those every day? Seems unlikely and therefore, we might need them, but not everyday.
That’s the thread I’m clinging too. If it’s useful How often? How long? And what happens during breaks from it
The benefits do recede once you stop using it, but that is the same with mineral, vitamins, food in general, exercise and so on. We are naturally dependent on many things. This shouldn't be a criterion for exclusion.
increases my blood pressure immediately, with a low dose
This could be good or bad, depending on your current BP.
but does methylene blue cure the problems or only masks the symtoms?
There's no real suggestion that it just masks symptoms.
calling out Jack Kruse for being a tool. you deserve 1k likes just for that
what did he do?
Can you combine it with iodine?
I haven't come across this approach.
Yes you can take it with Iodine, I do both for over a month no issues
@@lindareed1374 hi can you please tell me.what type of iodine you take?I have alcohol based..
@@mushtaqshah2428 I use LUGOLS along with liquid selenium. I’ve been taking Lugols for over 3 years , added MB a month ago. 5mg morning / 5mg after 2pm. Just bought Mark Sloan’s book continue to research MB.
Great question. MB came in last night so I’ve started today and Lugol’s iodine comes in today and I want to use both. 👍🏽
Urine will be green!😂 we used it in Cuba as an antiseptic, my poor dad used it for his denture's sores and we would die laughing at his blue teeth😂😂😂
Never knew all these other benefits! It's quite bitter thou
Pity it's sold in the USA only 😢
Yes, although there are some services that will order a product for you and then ship it onto you in a different country. For example, see: www.ship7.com/
No you can get it freely throught most of the world. I just got it in australia
I guess you missed all the studies showing inverse relationship between coffee and all cause mortality
Did you mean to comment on this video?
Yes, there is certainly plenty of research showing reduced risk of certain disease and reduced all-cause mortality with coffee consumption. AND, it is also true that caffeine consumption in moderate to large amounts on a daily basis leads to several types of negative effects.
Is Methylene Blue, a foundational supplement?
I wouldn't describe as such, no.
@@TheEnergyBlueprint Okay/Got you
Too many commercials bro..good content though
Noted and thanks!
Alright you got me curious... I googled "Methylene blue carcinogen" and I got "Methylene blue is a dye that is toxic, carcinogenic, and non-biodegradable". That's it... yes I'm the type that cuts off even the bread crust filled with acrylamide.
Is that the best search you could do? Patethic

Methylene blue makes me super sleepy.
