House received the "I don't want to die alone" plea from Wilson and Thirteen. There needs to be a mini series of House keeping his promises to stay with them.
A movie that starts off with Wilson passing and House moving on. Then 10 years later, there is a case Chase struggles with and Foreman looks for and finds House. House Foreman and Chase try everything but eventually Chase figures it out. Before House leaves, Foreman tells House the case wasn’t the reason he was looking for him. Foreman then takes him to a deteriorated Thirteen.
I always wanted to see a scene many years later where Thirteen is losing herself with her girlfriend caring for her and House just fuckin' shows up outta nowhere to make good on his promise.
Definitely a dynamic duo in the series... House was thirteen's friend, mentor and protector .. and Thirteen was the one person who truly understood him and kept him in check- and he respected it. Loved these two together 🥹❤️😊🌻
House had compassion, but he froze. He wanted to comfort Thirteen but he hates being vulnerable. House knows his values, he thinks Thirteen did the right thing. But he just froze, from his own internal traumas and fears of vulnerability. I see whats almost a tear in his eye, and I know House tries to make things right in his own way when he can. Here, Thirteen wasn't begging for comfort, but if House broke and became even slightly comforting or vulnerable here I feel like it would either make Thirteen distance herself, or completely fall apart in front of him.
she could have gone and hugged him herself. I don't think house ever outright rejects people. like when it was him and cameron in I think it was season 1, it was clear all she had to do was take that leap of faith herself and not leave. she was the faith in their relationship, so she had to act on faith as she always had. we also see how all his relationships with women he always values them a lot like with that russian girl and with cuddy etc. like he's fucked up but he really cares and it hurts him when they leave.
he didnt freeze, he was waiting for her to explicitly say what she was asking of him. he took her unwillingness to make the ask as a sign it wasnt the time to tell her he would do the deed. pretty sure there is a later scene where he informs thirteen he would do the deed when the time came. if she wanted compassion, she could get a therapist. she opened up to house because she wanted him to do it. house was waiting for 13 to realize this.
While he very much cared about 13, he cared about pretty much everyone on the team. He always pushed them to be better, to reach their full potential. No one was just there, except a couple cases during the trials of team 2.0

The way I cared for her character everytime i saw the series is crazy. This show made me a huge Olivia Wilde fan. What an amazing show. All these years later and after seeing the entire series more than 2 times i still get excited
I'm watching the series and I cant wait to see what he does with that kid. That cut off was too good. Time to binge watch it until I realize im going to be late for work and havent slept.
I love how Thirteen's face goes from "Yeah, right, you were" to "Wait, you're serious about it" in about 5 seconds upon learing House was "Cuddy's weird boyfriend"
I held my dog as he somehow found the energy to attempt coming into my arms, like he knew it was coming. He cried out when the vet stuck him with the needle with anesthesia. It only took seconds for him to go limp. Next came the killing drug. I'd like to think it was peaceful for him, but it never is. Death is always impactful in one way or another. My hands were shaking and eyes full of tears. He was my best friend.
Actually House did care and felt sorry for her, but because of his own fear of showing vulnerability, he froze from her plea, he did the same mistake with Cuddy that made him lose her for good. He realised that when 13 said what she said, she basicaly said the same thing and felt the same way as Cuddy from House reaction to their issue But right after House made a huge step by telling 13 he would kill her when she's ready It's brilliant narration and character development from House, he was ready to be there for 13 when she will need him, when he couldn't be there for Cuddy when she needed him
I think that House would see thirteen as some kind of daughter. These two are extremely equal in many ways. I also guess, as closed as both of them are, they somehow are able to open themselves among each other. Thirteen hides in way more, than house does. She is way more private and mistrusting in people. But with house, she seems to be able to open herself, and she also knows, that house is smart enough to uncover what he does want to know. "I am a bit of hurt, that you still do not know why I was in...." She already knew, how badly he was digging into, and I think she even was okay with it, because it was him. She would have let no one else dig into her soul and I also loved, how even House was careful.. Seeing her cry... Instead of holding her, he gave her her space and acted, like he did not see. She also threw him little pieces and wanted him to get it. That is also, why she was so shocked, that house did not even flinch, after she completely opened to him as she then wanted his opinion, and she wanted him to be there for her.... She became very insecure as House had no response at all because he normally gives her strength ... But then house was so shocked and insecure because 13 means a lot to him, and he does not know how to express or handle this. So even house needed time to process this, which was something 13 could not handle... "When the time comes and there is nothing else to do .... I will kill you"...... I actually cried, when he said that... From house this basically is WAY more, than "I love you." What was a bit strange.... Was when House went away with Wilson.... I felt bad over this, because of his promise to 13. But I guess house is someone, who keeps such promises. I doubt he would ever betray 13.
I was on the forums when that spudgun was designed and built. From seeing it in action, yes it would be lethal. I never did build combustion ones. Stuck with air operated ones. Only got into one competition shooting apples against a hairspray powered one. Mine about matched it for distance with 35 PSI air. Don't think my build is as powerful as the one in this episode, as it uses a larger chamber and uses metered propane to optimize the fuel air ratio. It even has a fan to stir the mix for proper combustion. Do not recommend PVC, as under shock, it is known for shattering. After beating some PVC and non pressure rated cellular core ABS DWB pipe with a hammer, found the ABS makes a much better barrel and is very resistant to shattering. Safety first. There are many videos online of the PVC units shattering, so it is not recommended to build or operate one.
