Thank you so much for that walk through the celtic cross layout! I couldn't help but thinking that this woman (eight of swords) is trapped in her thoughts and that SHE is creating the emotional pain by focusing on the cups that have been lost(five of cups)and not the two cups that are standing which point to a new younger man coming in her life (knight of cups). Like you said there are many ways to interpret a reading and I wanted to thank you for all your wonderful tips and videos. xx
That's a good observation, and I'd tend to say "yes," although that would be an intuitive call in the moment of doing the reading. That Knight facing left could indicate some reflection on the past, some hesitation, some second-guessing, not enough to stop progress but maybe enough to slow it down. Thank you for posting your thoughts on this series!
Tarot masterclass...personally I like your approach to tarot "less is more " and by that I'm reffering to the amount of cards you use I have seen other method where nearly whole pack of cards is used !!! I feel that just shows a lack of in depth and detailed knowledge...excellent job Jeanne
Yes, I do think -- in general -- that less is more when it comes to the Tarot. If you haven't already read my "Tarot Spreads and Layouts: A User's Manual for Beginning and Intermediate Readers" book, you'll see that there are simple spreads and layouts using only a handful of cards that can give specific information and genuine insight.

So glad that you threw out a "shadow card!" I love them and use them frequently. Thanks for this series!
