Temples (Fight) is only heard in the level "The Power of The Underworld", which is basically the ruins of Luxor, where you refight the Alcor-Class Warship at the end.
It's been a long while, but I recall it also playing during the stare that has the first helicopter enemy, the stage where you lose all your weapons, and the DLC.
