Honestly all of the boss animals are such powerful youkai, imagine if they worked together instead of being against each other. Practically unstoppable I’d say. Never did I think a game would deem Flandre the necessary heroine for the story. I know her whole shtick is she's just in it for fun (destruction), but it's so cool to see a character that hasn't had any depth since her introduction be this greater part of a story.
Look at Flandre and Kutaka’s conversation. That conversation was probably the fastest one Flandre had due to the fact that there was water *EVERYWHERE*

I really don't understand the ending at all So ok, Toutesu finds oil, eats it, that is for whatever reason an issue so Okina orchestrated the entire thing to have her defeated, but... "petroleum was once again hidden" except OKINA WAS THE ONE THAT BROUGHT IT TO EVERYONES ATTENTION! (except Toutetsu ofc), It would not have been needed to hide it again if she hadn't revealed it to begin with. Clearly Okina must have known that no one involved would be able to do anything to Toutetsu, and I ain't buying that Flanders needed "training" to be able to defeat her, and if she could just casually cause it leak then surely she must also be able to make it stop so it's not like she needed a clean-up crew either And it doesn't even get hidden, they start doing freaking business!
Apparently, the issue was that the blood oil corrupted Toutetsu's personality, turned her more hostile & power-hungry, and made her greedily monopolise it. Okina sparked the entire incident so that everyone would go fight Toutetsu, and be unable to beat her because she can absorb the attack. This would lead to people talking about the undefeatable taotie, which in turn is what Okina used to inspire Flandre to go fight Toutetsu, to use her destruction powers to defeat an opponent that literally no one else was capable of beating. The "training" wasn't about Toutetsu, it was getting Flandre used to running water (a weakness from older myths, vampires cannot cross running water) so she could get through the "oil" phase of the Toutetsu fight and into the blood phase (note how Flan's water gauge stops auto-filling once the pool turns to blood). Okina _then_ powered Toutetsu up because Flandre was phoning it in, to make sure that the rogue sheep was dangerous enough that Flandre would have to go all out and completely annihilate her if she wanted to win. And by doing so, completely annihilating & brutally murdering Toutetsu, this causes the sheep taotie to respawn (yes, she literally respawned like a video game protagonist in-universe), which reset her personality to what it was before she got hopped up on evil oil fumes. And _this_ allowed Okina to enter a business deal with Toutetsu, for reasons that haven't yet been revealed... So, in essence, Okina built a Rube-Goldberg machine to thwack her car until it started running properly.

I remember that being a thing, however, I really do appreciate this being posted. I completed this came shortly after the release, and while the Wiki helped with most translations, I had absolutely no idea what was going on in the endings, since those hadn't been translated at the time.
