He was beating men in powerlifting at 14.. And looked better then all his peers who were 25 when he was 17.. He has godly genetics and hasn't really increased in size over the last 20 years..

I think when you're asking for dietary or training advice its night and day between being natural and being on gear. I mean if your getting your test from gear you can cut out fats and cholesterol and be fine. And if your natty you shouldn't train for more than an hour. Right?

If one only takes peptides I’d consider them natty js, but also nothing’s natty not the food, not recovery shakes etc. people just want a way to wash down hard work and feel better about there current selves

It is easy to figure out where the "I'm Natural" comes from, it is guy's who look terrible, and they are so angry at guys who look good. I would look better than so and so IF I was using what he did. Plus, they train soft as hell, and need to have an excuse.
