आज मसाला किचन मे हम लाये है हलवाई जैसी दूध का पेड़ा/बर्फी की आसान रेसिपी | घर मे दूध की बर्फी बनाने का आसान तरीका | घर में मिल्क पेड़ा/मावा पेड़ा बनाने का आसान तरीका | दूध से बर्फी कैसे बनाये मसाला किचन की मिठाई रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | बाजार जैसी मिठाई/मलाई बर्फी/कलाकंद/मावा खोया रेसिपी/दूध की मिठाई/प्रसाद रेसिपी/प्रसाद के पेड़े बनाने की विधि | केवल दूध से बनाये हलवाई जैसी मिठाई/बर्फी | सिर्फ दूध से बर्फी बनाने का आसान तरीका | बर्फी/मिल्क केक/कलाकंद/मलाई बर्फी/मलाई पेड़ा बनाने का सही तरीका देखिये और आसान दूध पेड़ा/बर्फी रेसिपी शेयर ज़रूर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Full Cream Milk(फुल क्रीम दूध) - 1 Litre
* Mawa or Milk - 100gm or 500ml (मावा या दूध)
* Sugar(चीनी) - 125 Gram
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
RECIPE:
Keep a thick bottom pan on the flame, put Milk and stir it continuously & boil it till becomes half. Put some Mawa in the boiling Milk & make it thick. Stir while touching the spatula to its bottom, put the Sugar in it and mix it & cook it well. Take out the mixture in a tray and cover it with cloth and keep it overnight for cooling down under the fan. Then mash it well, cut it and give it a peda shape. Garnish it with chopped Pistachios. In this way, Delicious Halwai Style Milk Peda will get ready at home.
