✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
* Roasted Peanut(भुनी हुई मूंगफली) - 2 Bowl/500 Gram
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Bowl/400 Gram
* Milk Powder(दूध पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Bowl
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Spoon
For Garnishing
* Silver Verk(सिल्वर वर्क)
* Saffron Milk(केसर दूध)
* Pistachio(पिस्ता)
✍🏻RECIPE:
Keep the roasted Peanut in the freezer for two hours. Then take them out & grind them by gradually adding Milk Powder. Put all the mixture on a plate by sieving it.
For Sugar Syrup, keep the pan on the flame & put Sugar & Water in it. Cook until the Sugar gets dissolved & make one string of Suger Syrup. Then put the ground Peanut Mixture into the pan & stir it continuously until it becomes lumps-free. Cook well by stirring it till the mixture release the sides. Then turn the flame off & spread the mixture around the pan & keep it cool down. Take a silicon sheet or chopping board or thali. Put the mixture, keep the butter paper on it & roll the dough with the rolling pin. Then apply some Silver Verk & cut it into a diamond shape like the Kaju Katli shape. Serve the amazing Peanut Katli & enjoy the festive season. In this way, budget-friendly, Healthy & Tasty Peanut Katli will get ready at home easily.
