I hope Fubuki knows just how much "Shirakami is here!" means to so many of us. 0:29 Fauna is one of my oshis, so her announcement hit me harder than any others. The first few days were rough but I've found the strength to move forward by enjoying and appreciating the past three years of Fauna while still enjoying what everyone else in Holo is doing. I'll probably cry on Fauna's graduation day, but until then, I'm glad everyone in Holo just doing their usual things can help us get through. All things considered, this month has been fun so far! Thanks for the subs!
yeah that situation was truly tragic, many of the others I understand even if I'm sad they'll be out of the holo grouping now they are on good terms with those still their. At least Mel is doing well in her current form.

consider that in the 7 years of hololive's existence, we've only seen 22 talents leave, out of the 115 talents who ever debuted under any hololive banner. this even includes the 6 talents from the mainland chinese branch that fell apart between bad pr (taiwan mentioned) and a risk of related gov intervention.
Not a Pro Life Tip, but a tip from an older fan, is to take opportunities that might be difficult but well paying when you are still young. You will struggle. You will have sleepless nights. You will learn a lot. You will make a lot of mistakes. You will network with others. You will, hopefully, earn lots of money. And you will, eventually, leave because it may no longer match how you want to live your life going forward. It will help you decide what you find important in your life, and value the time with your friends, family, and hobbies, which is often difficult to do when you are still a young adult. Of course, then there are others who know exactly what they want, and how to get there and are workaholics to achieve their goals. Just look at the HoloPro roster lol
Yep, the huge problem is that not everyone know that. Especially the most "newcomer" on EN sides, that don't know much about JP side. And my guess is that the doomposter are tiktok watcher : shorten attention span, low anger management and other effect of very short video comsuption. And they probably don't watch "full context wholesome moment" clips of 5+ minutes, which was a majority of the clips back in 2020.
@@Vaissdestrucand even then there is a big difference between those who only watch clips here and there vs those who watch the streams. Can give people a very different impression of some of the members
I love how Fubuki's "Shirakami is here!!" is her phrase of assurance for us fans. it just cements her statement back then during the golden era, happy friend means happy community
I think it might have been Matsuri, but a holomember one said something like: "Be prepared to start seeing holes in your favorite gens." While the departure of past members hurt, those words helped break my illusion of hololive and vtubers staying around forever. It sucks when it happens, but all we can do is wish those who left the best and treasure the time we have left with those remaining.
It really is quite a miracle how few graduations there have been. It's not like talent had never considered graduation before 2024. It's just that they decided to stay after all. Talent who do graduate have their own individual reasons to do so & I no longer think there is necessarily any grand unifying reason for that. Choosing to graduate doesn't necessarily have to mean there must have been a terrible reason or experience either.
@@mythiccass3837 Graduation didnt use to have that bad stigma while still sad, people were much more reasonable to accept graduation as it was. But recently catastrophic bad reasons everywhere else became much more prevelent so now graduation is more seen as a warning signal something horrible has happened. But it really is the fault of how other places handled things.
In Fubu-san we trust. Yeah, it feels like a really nice dream. But the reality is, parting is always something that waits in the future. Let's cherish out time, friends.
Yeah, I think Fubuki especially understands this. I think it's been said that had one of the Gen 1 graduated (and several were wavering at the time) they might all have at that point.
With all the focus on the Graduations, people forget that 2024 also had Hololive have HoloJustice and FlowGlow, 9 more Girls ready to make new memories and advances to the Hololive Brand. Technically, Hololive gained more that they lost and it should already be in the minds of people that it is impossible for all Members who joined will stay forever. That is why it is the unwritten responsibility of the Fans of those who left to appreciate their times with their departed Oshis when they can.
Regardless of how many times it happens and whatever the circumstances, its never easy seeing a member leave. All we can do is support each other in these times.
there's a real bittersweetness to it isn't there? Even though most of them leave on good terms, the reason why it's so sad is because of how happy they've made us as we've watched their antics and developed a community around them.
At least we are in a timeline where they are still continuing as content creators, and we know they are still friends with those still in the company. Better than how it's been for some out side holo where folks just disappear completely. I hope at some point it will be ok for former members and current ones to be openly interacting even if not streaming together. It seems to be heading that way slowly.
@@EarliersphereFriendly relations with and positive testimonies from former talents are some of the best PR an agency like Hololive could hope for. Just look at how much a certain dragon inspires the Hololive community even years after she’s left. I hope Cover can learn to leverage more of their relationships with former talents like that; it would be a huge win for both the company and the fans.
Amid all that's happened in just a single year, I think many people are forgetting just how long it's been since this all began. People have taken their bachelor's degree, from start to finish, over the course of some of these talents' careers. This position has taken up a large fraction of many of their adult lives - and now, for some of them, they're content with what they've done and want to move on. Just as many new Hololive talents have once graduated from their respective indie channels, to turn the page once more. 5 years is a long time. But even now, the dream remains, the journey continues.
For someone who said she didn't have a lot to say, Fubuki said a lot. When she pointed out that they've been at this for a long time now, that jumped out at me. I connect it with something Ame said before her graduation that none of them (presumably meaning EN Gen 1) knew that it would take off like it did and that they would still be at it 4 years later. At some point you realize that the train isn't stopping of its own accord and you wonder how much longer you want to keep playing this particular character.
It's funny to think what Fubuki said back a few years ago where she told us to believe in her as long as she's in Hololive or something like that and even tho she can't exactly comment on this or doesn't know exactly what to say regarding this, she still knows in her head that the thing she said forever ago is probably the same thing she would say now. I don't think she'd be the type of person to suddenly "betray" us and pull a 180 by saying something like "I'm sorry that it's difficult for us right now" or at the very least something like "things are currently really tough right now here in Hololive, but don't worry, things will be fine". Something like that. She knows how things are really like for Hololive right now. It may not seem like it, but Hololive is only getting better. I know we see all these graduations and scandals (you know the one with Holo I'm referring to) as really big things, which, they are. But that doesn't mean it'll make or break Hololive. This isn't WACTOR, Akio-Air, or especially Nijisanji. Besides if anything, Hololive and its talents have done more good than harm this year. Just look at all the VTuber events that occurred this year that were Holo-related: the Hololive-Dodgers Collab, HoloEN's Breaking Dimensions concert, HoloGTA, the debut of Justice, the sololives that occurred this year like Pekora's and Miko's. Not to mention that COVER, Hololive's parent company, announced that they're opening up an overseas HQ in America. So when Fubuki and other talents say that things are and will be okay, things are indeed still and will be okay. No one in Hololive is being held hostage nor do they feel like it. Yes it's a Japanese company and we know how bad their work culture is like, but it won't stop them from making VTubing just in general the best it can possibly be.
What Fubuki has to say here really hits at something I've been sort of wondering for a while. Like I don't want to assume too much because calling people on the internet kids always seems so dismissive, but committing 5-7 years to any job is a lot of time to end up growing out of it, even one that seems from the outside like too much of a dream job to actually be real. Working retail, fast food, etc. I constantly saw people quitting in less than a years time over a wide variety of age ranges, and that doesn't even come with the perk of generally being able to jump straight to being an indie with a lot less of a reset than was originally assumed. I guess its easier to blame the company (especially in this era where being anti-capitalist online is "cool") than to admit that sometimes the talents want a fresh start to redefine and refocus themselves from though.
@@SelecaoOfMidas For real man I've seen so many implosions of small corps and indies disappear, a silver lining at least is the up tick in small corpo's letting talents buy out their IP's if they can afford it.
Having had vtubers of interest and oshis elsewhere, it does hit odd every time, at least for me. Was profoundly sad for Sana, bummed out for Mel and Vesper, pissed for Mirei and Selen, appreciative for Aqua, Pomu, and Nina... everything else has fallen somewhere in-between these. It's always going to be different depending on who it is and the circumstances for every person. I've found it easier to deal with not being attached to one corpo and reminding myself that supporting the talent comes first.
I won't hold Fubuki to her word like most will, but will continue to observe what Cover does, in good but cautious faith. I think no one employee in a huge company should be solely responsible for its image and trust.
I think if Fubuki graduated, I would stop following Hololive altogether. Different talents from different branches get treated differently, but Fubuki, coming from a life where she has been pretty much turned to herself, hiding in her shell, has been given opportunities by Hololive that someone like me doesn't even dare to dream of. And she's remained quite true to herself through the years. I'll have faith in Fubuki as long as she enjoys herself and and remains genuine. Your answer doesn't have to be perfect, nor cover all speculation. As long as it's genuine, that's enough for me.
Now i just don't really care that much about who leaves or stays from now on, Ame's gone and my heart is broken and isn't with Hololive anymore, i'll still support the ones i watch but it just isn't the same
Agree . Some people so easily said "they never left, only went back to their previous life so go support them", but what they don't understand is that..... It's never the same.... Coco's gone, Vesper and Magni are gone, Sana, Aqua, Ame, Mel, Gamma.... They're all gone.... Things will never be the same as it used to be....
No company is perfect, every agency has members that leave for personal reasons. Even Vshojo had members leave for their own reasons despite all the talk Vshojo saves people. Leaving hololive cuz of company direction doesn't mean its a bad company, they just want a new path or their own freedom back without permissions or responsibilities as Vtuber Idols etc. At least while they were in hololive, they can carry those they gained from the company into their new path back home should they continue vtubing again
"We'll cross that bridge when we get to it" has been my motto even before getting introduced to Hololive, so never have I expected it's even more profound nowadays
It might be, but it could also just be schedules not lining up, or it could be the prerequisites to make it happen are too troublesome (we don't know if NDAs are involved or a contract for collaboration is needed). Some Holomems have streamed with Indies, and they've streamed with Niji before (that one didn't last long).
Schedule and Japanese Culture theyre mindset is once you go apart it will be hard to create communication due to schedule and both parties think they will disturb each other, they, they can contact each other but barely, remember before you can meet up in japan its it will be next month or next next mont because everyone have schedule already. thats why you can barely see them enteracting
We've had members talk openly on stream about meeting up with Coco for food (cant remember who, but they even said her name (well, called her Kaichou, etc) and Pekora has talked about hanging out with Aqua post-graduation, so its not like they won't talk about it/see each other unofficially. As for officially (as in, why won't Kson collab with Fubuki, just as an example) it's probably a lot to do with Japanese mindset of 'it wouldn't be proper' rather than any actual official rules. I'd love to see it, so I hope it does happen some day- graduated talents on new identities collabing with Holomems, even if its only once in a while.
I think it's more out of courtesy, since most of the time ex-corpo vtubers really don't wanna be remembered as just "that one person who left holo/niji" and collabing with their old corpo friends/colleagues will inevitably bring those types of people who can't keep their mouths shut out
If you look at the talents that have joined this year many are singing powerhouses or extremely creative, hololive is now getting to the point that breaking into mainstream entertainment is probable and not a pipedream
Schedule and Japanese Culture theyre mindset is once you go apart it will be hard to create communication due to schedule and both parties think they will disturb each other, they, they can contact each other but barely, remember before you can meet up in japan its it will be next month or next next mont because everyone have schedule already. thats why you cant barely see them enteracting
Jup and that's why people get a bit cross when it turns out in these cases it was mostly management, or the girls would have stayed. We want them to have this community and connection and then they lose that. I'm less sad about aqua and ame cuz it really seems they wanted a change of pace. But the others, not so much.
Eh, I don't want to get into the doom or blind optimist nonsense but I always come back to one thing; In a way I'm glad they're moving on, or at least moving sideways where they are their own boss and have freedom. I'm sad and angry but I usually adopt a philosophical outlook. These people are in the prime of their lives and hiding behind a computer makes you miss a lot. You can't get time back and these are the times where if you miss out on something you will regret it. Stuff where you may only get one chance. You don't want to wake up one day and realize a harsh reality that you missed out. This goes for anyone who reads this as well. If you want to do something do it. Now. “Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
FBK may have volunteered to be the canary in the coal mine... but I think at this point, so many talents would just pack up and bail it wouldn't be necessary. It really seems like Cover has hired a bunch of talents (at least in Hololive) that would jump ship in a heartbeat if there was anything to be worried about.
Ever since Aqua left, seeing hololive now will never be the same. She is my kamioshi after all. I'm even more in negative view now with hololive after Chloe and Fauna leaving because both are among my favorite left in hololive.
If the Talents who resigned said "I have done everything I want to do in Hololive. I am pleased and now I wanna move on to something else." then it's understandable. BUT if they resigned because reasons like "I have different / disagreement / conflict of direction with management." somehow I can't view that as something positive. Because those Talents would have STAYED otherwise. They quit because they fed up with Management.
Never worked in a big company before? Disagreement with management is a common occurence and unavoidable, especially in artistic jobs and entertainment. A company has to care for their brand and need to make profit to keep things running, meanwhile talents have their own personal goals that not necassary is in line with the company. So both side has to work it out and find a compromise to make it work. Which obviously won't work all the time since the company has a bottom line they can't cross, so it's up to the talent how much they are willing to adept/improvise/compromise if they can't they may make the desicion to leave to be free from those restraints because they fit indie life more. If anything the phrasing " I have done everything I want to do" when it's clearly not the case is a massive red flag that something is wrong because there was literally nothing left to feel positive about being in the company. It's a green flag if they can openly say that they had disagreements with management as there is nothing big bad to hide about it, also when they say that they took a long time to come to the desicion as that means that there was still room for compromise or negotiation but ultimately chose to leave for the better to do their own thing than forcing things to work out.

Still, Fauna's reasoning bugs me a little bit.... Disagreement with the management AND she did not want to leave! It seems that Cover is a stubborn corpo that does not want to make comprimises. Well it is a just a business so I guess it is expected that any company would put profit and money above everything else.
That is a wrong perception of Hololive. Cover doesn't try to maximize their own gain. Cover already support the talents as much as they can and willing to concede to the talents if possible but there is a clear bottom line. Company needs profit to keep going, it's not a charity if no more compromise can be made, talents either have to look for alternatives routes to make it work, give up and move on or ultimately choose to leave to do their own thing without corperate restrain. Also Fauna's statement was more or less clear on the subject that neither dislike toward Hololive itself or being an idol to be the reason to leave. It really is just unfortunate that Fauna might not fit with the current way the company runs the business while the majority seem to do, so she chose to leave on good terms rather forcefully adept (and possibly become resentful).
eh, it doesn't have to be anything drastic. I left a job for a disagreement with the management, and it really was just a disagreement, two equally valid and justified ways to do a job, I wanted one way, management wanted the other, so I left after a couple months, and it really wasn't their fault for not bending the rest of the company to my preferences. It really could be anything, maybe Fauna was just fed up with having to discuss things with management in the first place. What sucks for us is that neither party will go into much detail, so all we get are vague statements, and have to guess what happened.
@@Troytaicho I agree with this. Hololive operated for several years greatly leaning in supporting the growth of their talents rather than making big profits like Nijisanji. I'm actually even surprised that they were even allowed to talk about their stories like Sakamata or talking about the 'Disagreement with management' like Fauna. . if you also think about it deeply, Fauna & Ame were on the bottom of the list in all of Myth & Promise on how frequent they are travelling to Japan. 'Disagreement' doesnt 100% mean Cover/Hololive is at fault. a Contract is an agreement between TWO parties, if she is being demanded to travel to Japan more often by 2025 for recordings, business meetings etc but Fauna doesnt want to as about 60-70% of her activities is only streaming then I can easily call that as 'Disagreement with management' as well. - Mumei being looked at as the closest to graduate in EN next to Fauna makes me trust this theory of mine even further. there's also Kronii's japanese proficiency improvement which is probably way better than Mumei now. Raora being confirmed to have moved to Japan after getting accepted to Holo and Biboo moving to Japan recently just cements this theory of mine even further. . if we get tons of 3D Streams & Live Concerts by 2025 beating 2024's record of having Suisei's concert tour and the famous Dodgers stadium appearance, it'll give more points to my theory.
@@litlsteps8486 That is a plausible theory although several members have shot that down. Members can decline jobs and there is no need to move to japan (that is purely the talents desire). Members can also choose to focus more on streaming if they want to. But it might also be that some may not want to deal with japanese beaucracy anymore that Cover is roped in because those are a huge pain to deal with. Also something that people may overlook that it could also be a case of burnout and that the disagreement may be that the company want the talent to have a long break rather them quitting but talent choose to quit to be at their own pace rather long breaks. Not with Fauna's case but the possibility should also be kept in mind that the disagreement doesn't necessary mean the company way of things "pushed away" the talent.
Let's face it, according to most Vtuber Documentors, most Talents of the Old except Gen 0 were scouted back they're streaming as Gamers on PL accounts, not when they're carefully handpicked lucky candidates who just at the company's reception table.
Problem is the newer Gens start leaving as well. We are no longer talking about the Old Gens only here. Edit: Ame, Sakamata & Fauna entered Hololive by audition, not handpicked.
@@andrewadhiatma7037 It really is a case by case thing. Some of the older members fit surprisingly well now while newer may had different expectation. Also kinda need to differentiate the reason why some left. Ame wanted more focus on her 3D studio, she owns it might as well use it fully on her own if Hololive can't support all her projects or plans. Chloe had health issue for a long time, so she had to retire due to that and not because of something within the company itself. Fauna had disagreements which are unknown at the moment but a clash of opinion always happens in terms of artistic jobs so she just might not want to compromise or negotiate anymore as buisiness is always a hassle to deal with and rather go indie.
@@andrewadhiatma7037 coincidentally, Ame & Fauna's activities are mainly 'Streaming' and is good at it. with Dev_Is introduction functioning with the actual 'Idol' activities & group activities, it's safe to say that Hololive wants to take the 'Idol' route as Yagoo originally planned it to be. let's add Aqua into the mix? she's one of Holo's top Idols with her face in a lot of merch, she's also a great streamer and ofc let's not forget she's an insane Gamer. keep in mind that she was only able to participate in Vsaikyou ONCE and didnt appeared in any VCR servers. basically her activities is 50% Idol & merch stuff then the other 50% is on streaming & gaming. what do you think would happen if she was given a schedule so packed with Idol activities like dance practice, singing practice, recordings, meetings, merch development and more which basically renders her to stream less? . I gotta say though, Sakamata's story was rough to say the least. even Sui-chan talked about the manager stuff too. though also keep in mind that we only heard Sakamata's side of the story. after Sakamata's story, we never heard any other info about that manager who forced her to record. keep in mind that EN had a history of a certain bad manager too. with Kiara dissing that manager, it's safe to say that she's already been 'cut loose' from Holo EN.
@@andrewadhiatma7037 the newest talent leaving hololive debuted in 2021 (chloe), that's 3 years already. it's not that new as you say. why dont we talk about how there are still many old talents working 4,5, even 6 years without leaving?
Corporate vtubers always at disadvantages. When they graduated or terminated. All their achievements are left behind. And fans need to realize that corpo vtubing is indeed just a phase.
Wrong. Big corpo vtubers have most of the advantages. Not only are they able to expand their fanbase to millions of people that 99% of indies cannot do, they get to bring them and have a massive boost when they leave. Some even had earned enough from working in a corpo to fund their own 3D rigging studio. Thousands of indie vtubers are vying to get into Hololive every year to nab those advantages. People who don't have a healthy work-life balance will only see the disadvantages
DIsadvantage? Let's frame it in a way you'd understand better IRL. Let's say you're a Starbux employee. Years later, you become shift manager, and later become outlet manager or higher. When you eventually leave, you leave behind your pay grade, your status and any company assets loaned to you during your tenure. Reasonable, yes? What's important here is, what _intangible assets_ did you harvest during your tenure? Connections - social network, business network, suppliers, potential clientele, municipal knowledge, labour laws, potential and prospective hires. Anything, everything. Should you choose to restart in the coffee business but as a privately run shop, all the above can, and will help you. A company is a great place to acquire networking power. If you chose not to harvest those advantages that a company can provide as a shortcut, you've only failed _yourself_ . At the end of the day, Vtubers live in the same reality we do, there's no pretense of fantasy and kayfabes here. IP will never be as important as the power of networking.
If corpo vtubing is a phase, the entire idol industry shouldn't still exist, and yet it has been there since the 1960s. Regardless of where the minutiae deviate, that's the blueprint Cover has chosen-- and as new talents enter, they'll be doing so more informed than the ones who thought they were joining a pure streaming collective.

And they probably don't watch "full context wholesome moment" clips of 5+ minutes, which was a majority of the clips back in 2020.
@@Vaissdestrucand even then there is a big difference between those who only watch clips here and there vs those who watch the streams.

I love how Fubuki's "Shirakami is here!!" is her phrase of assurance for us fans.
it just cements her statement back then during the golden era, happy friend means happy community
I think it might have been Matsuri, but a holomember one said something like: "Be prepared to start seeing holes in your favorite gens."
While the departure of past members hurt, those words helped break my illusion of hololive and vtubers staying around forever.
Cuts from that to Wahhhhh lol, never change friend.
Yeah, I think Fubuki especially understands this. I think it's been said that had one of the Gen 1 graduated (and several were wavering at the time) they might all have at that point.
I love our friend shes so adorable
The sadness from the last time still remains in our hearts! 😭😭😭
My friend, i hope she never stops being happy in hololive.
Fubuchan is the cutest
Amid all that's happened in just a single year, I think many people are forgetting just how long it's been since this all began.
People have taken their bachelor's degree, from start to finish, over the course of some of these talents' careers. This position has taken up a large fraction of many of their adult lives - and now, for some of them, they're content with what they've done and want to move on.
Just as many new Hololive talents have once graduated from their respective indie channels, to turn the page once more.
5 years is a long time. But even now, the dream remains, the journey continues.
no one has left in my heart, but i know better and it's as fubking says, please be happy
I think big companys of Vtubers and the Vtubing industry all along reached its peak in 2024.
Yes it's a Japanese company and we know how bad their work culture is like, but it won't stop them from making VTubing just in general the best it can possibly be.
sorry, but how is saying "i'm sorry that it's tough for us right now" betraying us?
This year was something else tbh..
Definitely been a wild one for the industry as a whole, more crazy for some frfr.

Everyone has to learn the hard way.
I learned with Sana and I only found HL early that year.
Getting too attached to them is not healthy.
I won't hold Fubuki to her word like most will, but will continue to observe what Cover does, in good but cautious faith.
I think no one employee in a huge company should be solely responsible for its image and trust.
Gan-chan...... 🥺

I'm not gonna lie, I'm very afraid of how many will leave in 2025, but I'd rather not think about it or I'll go crazy

"We'll cross that bridge when we get to it" has been my motto even before getting introduced to Hololive, so never have I expected it's even more profound nowadays
Once you are out, you can no longer interact with your old friends publicly. Is this a contract thing?
I think it's more out of courtesy, since most of the time ex-corpo vtubers really don't wanna be remembered as just "that one person who left holo/niji" and collabing with their old corpo friends/colleagues will inevitably bring those types of people who can't keep their mouths shut out
I'm curious as to what direction this company is going from that made these people change their suits though
If you look at the talents that have joined this year many are singing powerhouses or extremely creative, hololive is now getting to the point that breaking into mainstream entertainment is probable and not a pipedream

Jup and that's why people get a bit cross when it turns out in these cases it was mostly management, or the girls would have stayed. We want them to have this community and connection and then they lose that. I'm less sad about aqua and ame cuz it really seems they wanted a change of pace. But the others, not so much.
As Friend mentioned, we may have lost several members this year and it’s unfortunate, but we also gained many wonderful ones as well 🥲

Also, if you know where to look, we have been able to keep supporting them in their next phase.
Eh, I don't want to get into the doom or blind optimist nonsense but I always come back to one thing;
In a way I'm glad they're moving on, or at least moving sideways where they are their own boss and have freedom.
Just like usual, not many people mentioning Gamma from holostar
I'm coping Mano Aloe will join Hololive next gen
How many Aloe streams have you seen btw?
Nah she's in good place now, also don't bother her with that suggestion ever in her chat it's disrespectful to her effort and life
If the Talents who resigned said "I have done everything I want to do in Hololive.
@@Troytaicho Idk man. A TALENT AGENCY supposed to be on the same side with the Takent. To help them grow based on what expertise does that Talent has? When your Talent leaves because they have conflict with YOU as a Talent Agency, and in a lot of numbers as well, I don't think you run your Agency right.
@@TroytaichoAlso your last paragraph sounds like a huge dose of copium for me. But you are entitled to your own opinion I guess. I don't have to agree with what you said.
@@andrewadhiatma7037 Talents already mention that Cover already fully support them to grow and allow them as much as they can but there is always a bottom line for the company because it is a buisness not a charity which the talents are fully aware of and can work it out. Disagreements are common in buisness, nothing unusual that's what the job is and entails to work around.
Also you have a misconception that a lot left Cover when in fact the turnover rate is far lower than expected. If anything it is a mircale so many work 5+ years in the company already. This year only 3 out of ca. 90 left because they weren't aligend with the company direction. 1 was terminated because NDA breach, not much any side can do, 1 left because of family cirumtances (out of anyones control), and 1 left because of health issues (also out of anyones control). Still, Fauna's reasoning bugs me a little bit.... Disagreement with the management AND she did not want to leave! It seems that Cover is a stubborn corpo that does not want to make comprimises. Well it is a just a business so I guess it is expected that any company would put profit and money above everything else.
It's more complicated than that. A lot more.
Stuff I'm sure even Fauna isn't privy to.
It's a double edged sword.
Sometimes leaving big agencies to become indies or small agency talents is becoming more viable
