Thank you we can’t punish these guys for being in successful situations makes no sense they controlled what they could control all the way to greatness and to the best of their field
Tickets problem is that he lets outside factors determine a player's ability. A player's ability is not diminished because he doesn't play 82 games. Also Kawhi is a top 75 player whether he wins or not. It's not about whether you won a championship or not it's how good were you in your prime as a player.
Kawhi is top 75 but his point is actually valid. If you’re only playing 50% of your teams games how the hell can that compare with guys that are similar skill playing 75+ games a year. A guy not being able to stay healthy destroys a team.
Kobe back to back was better his playoff run was better imo because I felt like he went threw better competition and evenly matched competition. The fact the heat went 7 against IND WAS actually a bad look.
That was a matchup problem. The Heat with Bron never had a true center. So if you look at the 4 year stretch. Every team with a big gave them probles. The Celtics, the Pacers toy Hibbert was actually decent. The Spurs with Duncan and Slplitter gave them problems. Size has always effect Lebron James teams. Cause if you have a good big he’s hesitate to go to the paint. Tyson Chandler was a great defensive big for the Mavs he did want to drive the ball. Think the only Lebron team to ever win a chip with bigs.20/20 Lakers. They had Davis, Howard and McGee taking turns on Joker. Also 2016 once Bogut went out. It was a Layup line for Lebron. 2008/09 Dwight Howard in his Prime Beats them another great Big. 2015 Bogut. 2021. Ayton after Davis goes Down.
Does anyone realize a man who scored more points than anyone in the 1980’s was Hall of Famer Alex English of the Denver nuggets. Man scored 25,000 points, 6500 rebounds and had 4300 assists over 15 years. And was not 75 all time.
@@Fayn757he led his team to a 45 win avg for 9 straight seasons. He had 5 first round exits. 2 semis exits and one conference finals exit. Doug Moe was the coach and it was his system. His career averages were 21.5ppg 3.5 assists and 5.5 Rebs. His career playoffs were 24.4 4.3 assists and 5.5 Rebs he also shot 50.8 for his career from the field. And 50.6 for his career playoffs. Unlike James Harden his career stats went up in the playoffs. Alex was a bad man. I just wish he got a little more appreciation for what he did. Lastly from 80/81 to 90/91 the man played no less than 79 games. Come on bro come on.
37:18 so what? Kawhi had one averaging 27 but he averaged 24-26 PPG in 3 other years. Like what does that even mean Ticket? And also Kawhi Leonard actually improved his scoring in the playoffs from the regular season from the 2014-15 season. He has averaged of over 20 PPG since the 2015 season and from the 2017 season it has been 27.7, 30.5, 28.7 and 30.4 in the 2016/17, 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons respectively.
Wasn't there an interview with Kobe asked about KD. Kobe said KD might be the most dangerous player of all time, the only reason Kobe was able to guard him was because KD couldn't go left yet ...
He didn't say he was the most dangerous of all time. He said he is the guy he never figured out how to stop before he retired (after he learnt how to go left). Kobe would never say all time when he never played against the older players.
33:00 I dont want to hear that excuse for Kawhi joining the Raptors. Now all of a sudden the Raptors were this good team. But back in 2018 when the trade happened, everybody thought that the Raptors upgraded, because they thought Demar DeRozan cannot be the main player for a championship caliber team. Yes they were 17-5 in the regular season but everyone knew that they needed Kawhi to have any shot of doing anything in the playoffs. They beat the 76ers who had more talent and was 2-1 up at one point, came back from down 2-0 to beat Milwaukee 4-2. And even without Kevin Durant everybody still expected the Warriors to beat the Raptors in 5 games. I think only Jalen Rose picked the Raptors to win prior to the series beginning. And yeah people talk about Klay Thompson getting hurt in Game 6 but even with Klay going off that Game 6 was still close. And the Raptors beat them with Klay in Game 1 and 4. And I could argue that the series does not go to 6 games because the Raptors were up like 4 points with a minute to go in Game 5 but then Nick Nurse called an ill-advised timeout which gave the Warriors time to regroup and steal that game by one point. And they needed those 12 points that Durant scored in Game 5 before his Achilles snapped or else the Raptors might have blown them out in Game 5.
Facts and when he got traded there everybody was like "OMG pop is cold blooded he sent him to another country " mfs be making revisionist history , 76ers and Bucks were favorite to come out the east that year.
1:29:15. I like the 2 guys call out ticket on the KD Take. No different than Shannon sharpe who is well known for taking shots at KD, but when he decide to stay…. Shannon think KD is great enough to lead a team to a title. So Ticket despite don’t believe, why he cares if he has to win….. Cause he low key rooting for him to
Ticket isnt capable of applying his logic consistently across the board. Once you poke holes in his logic like how Low did about Moses forming his own superteam, rather than Ticket treating Moses the same way he does KD, he short-circuits and no longer has anything relevant to say. All the players “back in the day” are invincible and could do no wrong, theres no consistency. Its okay if youre biased ticket, just admit it that youre biased, its easy
@@mr.perfect1749 Regardless if he wanted it or not, the effect was the same. They were a superteam, and he joined a team that was a finals contender witnout him. And I guarantee if he had any doubts for whatever reason (he didnt) when going to Philly, he was more than happy that the deck was stacked for him to win a title is the point
@@mr.perfect1749 Its the same argument that Ticket would use against Kawhi, who didnt even want to go to Toronto. Except Toronto wasnt even a superteam with him or a finals contender without him
@@mr.perfect1749 Moses held out on the Houston Rockets and forced them to trade him to only a few easterm conference destinations. These are just the facts. So yeah Philly's management made the trade, but diva antics to get out of bad situations existed then as well.
Chamberlain, Russell, Jabbar, Jordan, Bird, Magic, Steph, LeBron, KG, Barkley, Oscar, Hakeem, Shaq, David Robinson, Jerry West, Wade, Chris Paul, Barkley, Kobe. Those guys are the ones that I think I could personally make a legitimate argument in favor of over Durant without resorting to being intellectual dishonest. Not saying others can’t make a legit argument for others, but for me, I can’t put anyone else above Durant. And I personally have him as a top 15 player, but can see good arguments for all those above guys ahead of Durant.

He fake he couldn't ride and root for Giannis when he was on the come up , he waited till he won a ring to be the spokesman of the Giannis fan club. That's corny af. He has no credibility when it comes to basketball talk.
I was wrong about ticket, while i may disagree he’s consistent on his distaste for players getting credit for going to great situations and winning with his kawhi take
he still doesn't make sense tho if he's knocking Kawhi for being drafted into great situations then Kobe and Magic should get the same energy. And the man flip flops between his arguments in another panel show he was praising Kawhi for winning so he can win a debate on why Duncan wasn't more valuable to winning Magic but now Kawhi being drafted into the Spurs hurts Kawhi now???
4:10 I would say 7. 1950s 6. 1970s 5. 1960s 4. 2010s (strictly because I did not like the early part of the 2010s. Like from the 2010/11 to the 2013/14 season, I thought the talent pool was not that great as LOW eluded to in one of his videos) 3. 1980s 2. 1990s 1. 2000s. (you have the old guard of Michael Jordan, Karl Malone, John Stockton, David Robinson and Hakeem Olajuwon at their end, you had the current crop of Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal, Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, Tracy McGrady, Dirk Nowtizki etc coming into their own with lots of variation in styles. And then you have the newer generation of LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, Chris Paul, Dwight Howard entering the picture as well)
4:27 What Chill said there is not wrong to be honest. Because from like the 1998/99 to the 2003/04 season, it was not a good time for the NBA. Too much heroball going around, some of the playoff series especially in the East was not that fun to watch with scores in the high 60s and in the 70s. But in terms of talent level, the 2000s was a great era.
The Ja take is so disgusting. We played the worst teams in the league and teams without their best players. Maybe 6 games were respectable wins, everything else were honestly suppose to be one.
If a guy can’t shoot but handle and play point you want him on the ball on in the action as much as possible because off ball he can’t shoot you just leave him open and double off him. In the action he draws some gravity which is key 🔑. This is about Ben Simmons I’m sorry I never had no debate 2 or 3 years ago on who was better AD or Greek that was all LBJ fans
thats why u use him as a screener for ur scorers like a kyrie or kd so if they trap u got ben who can playmake and pass in a 4v3 where he doesnt need to create an advantage he can just capitalise off one already created
@@JalengreentheGOAT right I’m saying keep him in the action weather screener or being the ball handler. Off ball he dead weight. Unless he literally just sands by the box/ Dunker spot This will be The Nets issue hopefully they keep it simple like we saying and not complicate it

Marz: I think 2000s best era in basketball Also Marz: Jaylen Brown is not a top 25 player How do you think Kobe is top 3 all time and not see that Jaylen is a Kobe clone. How do you not see that the Celtics put Jaylen in bad spots that causes his turnovers. How do not see that he disappears because the organization forces Tatum to play hero ball. Jaylen has been at this level for the last three years and he's broken through every limitation set on him by the organization and the offense. Tatum is literally the same player he's been over the last three years. What people need to understand is that being the first option like Tatum INFLATES his stats. Being the second option in a Tatum style offense DEFLATES Jaylen's stats. People who don't watch games make up this batshit crazy narrative that Tatum allows for easy buckets for Jaylen, which is completely false. Jaylen Brown is a consistent player that maintains his efficiency with or without Tatum on the floor. He maintains his efficiency when Tatum doesn't play at all, even in extended stretches. Over the last four years, Jaylen has maintained his efficiency on high volume with Tatum not playing, when defenses key in on Jaylen as the first option. At the end of the day, Jaylen Brown is an extremely consistent player stuck in an offense that puts him in disadvantaged situations to create like Tatum, when Jaylen should be creating like Kobe. At the end of the day, Jaylen Brown has proven that he is the type of player to get better in the playoffs, while Tatum regresses. The numbers prove this. People who believe that Tatum's overall game is better than Jaylen's are just flat out wrong, too. Tatum plays more like LeBron, Jaylen plays more like Kobe. It's up to organizations to recognize these things so both stars can be made most successful. The Celtics are clearly not doing that. It's up to critics to understand talent in general. Jaylen Brown is not top 25? What a fucking joke.
The Indiana pacers with PG were good but the lakers played the Deron Williams/AK47/Carlos Boozer Jazz, Tmac/Yao/Artest/Battier rockets, and Melo/Chauncey/K mart/JR smith Nuggets in 2009. 2010: OKC Utah and then Phoenix
Ticket keep mentioning Kobe playing through injuries look at Kobe after that Achilles injury his last 3 Years he had multiple injuries that kept him out for long stretches and a lot of the “OGs” like Grant hill who tried to play through injuries have permanent life long injuries and like Tone said look at the NFL they play after getting “banged” up and a lot of them have CTE for playing through stuff they shouldn’t have played through if players in the 80s and 90s had todays money you can’t say what they wouldn’t have done when teams was sitting players out for coming to the game come up
Dude said Wiseman was terrible lol 😂 If you listen to GOLDEN STATE INSIDER Wiseman was fine running regular offense but when they run Steph offense he gets lost and if you watch Draymond he a damn negative on Wiseman because he won’t stay out his ear 👂 yelling that part just my opinion the other part is from golden state insiders about Wiseman. He was 11 & 6 on 51.8% He simply had issues actually playing with Steph ball movement offense There was more they said but this was basically it about wiseman
I think that Wiseman will be fine tbh. Just gotta wait and see. I remember Looney's development and how many dudes were calling him useless. If Anthony Davis top 75 Kawhi DEFINITELY top 75!
Ticket is on a timer every 30 mins: "I'm sick of praising u dudes praising guys that stacked the deck."
ticket logic be killin me
Marz talked about Wiseman like he’s Kwame Brown 💀💀💀
Tickets problem is that he lets outside factors determine a player's ability. A player's ability is not diminished because he doesn't play 82 games. Also Kawhi is a top 75 player whether he wins or not. It's not about whether you won a championship or not it's how good were you in your prime as a player.
You can't be impactful if you don't play games, so yes you have to play games in order to be considered a great player. Kawhi is top 75 btw
Kawhi is top 75 but his point is actually valid. If you’re only playing 50% of your teams games how the hell can that compare with guys that are similar skill playing 75+ games a year. A guy not being able to stay healthy destroys a team.
Love this panel, all 7 of these folks
Great show fellas. This the best panel on the panel lol
Ticket acting like Kawhi didn't hit arguably the greatest shot of all time to even get to that 2019 finals 💀😂
And Kobe did it through the tough West. Something that fraud wouldn't be able to do with Pau Gasol as his 2nd option.

Does anyone realize a man who scored more points than anyone in the 1980’s was Hall of Famer Alex English of the Denver nuggets.
Man scored 25,000 points, 6500 rebounds and had 4300 assists over 15 years.
And was not 75 all time.
He played for a team that let the other team score as a strategy, they played no defense all offense. They are empty numbers.
@@messagekeenenivorywayansvo3011 you right I admit that
They all forgot that Kawhi's rookie season was the lockout-shortened 66 game 2011-12 season. He only missed 2 out of 66 games.
I can’t wait til KD win a chip in Brooklyn, the disrespect on KD is ABSURD!! …KD is no lower than 12
Wasn't there an interview with Kobe asked about KD. Kobe said KD might be the most dangerous player of all time, the only reason Kobe was able to guard him was because KD couldn't go left yet ...
Man ticket will just ignore the fact, just like he did with the Moses malone take
He didn't say he was the most dangerous of all time. He said he is the guy he never figured out how to stop before he retired (after he learnt how to go left).
Kobe would never say all time when he never played against the older players.
2018 LBJ 51 point game was in large part similar to AI 48 point game 1. LA and GS wasn’t really locked in game 1.
Both teams was locked in stop it it’s the finals not the first round lol imagine not being locked in in the nba finals
Wasn’t locked in but they were in the finals???
Championship round and not being locked in is insane.
1:57:39 Del is actually worse than Ticket. It is as if he is deliberately doing that to troll people
33:00 I dont want to hear that excuse for Kawhi joining the Raptors.

So Ticket despite don’t believe, why he cares if he has to win…..
Cause he low key rooting for him to
Ticket, Kawhi is a top 75 and i personally believe he is top 30 due to the run he had in Toronto and he didn't even want to be there.
Mars ifwy the long way but ain't no way I'm hell Draymond is a top 35 player in the NBA today, tbh I would have a hard time putting him top 50
Im convinced Ticket just hate anybody thats not from the 90’s and earlier 😂😂
Ticket takes in this episode is outraaageous
Ticket isnt capable of applying his logic consistently across the board. Once you poke holes in his logic like how Low did about Moses forming his own superteam, rather than Ticket treating Moses the same way he does KD, he short-circuits and no longer has anything relevant to say. All the players “back in the day” are invincible and could do no wrong, theres no consistency. Its okay if youre biased ticket, just admit it that youre biased, its easy
Moses didn't create a superteam the GMs did their job back then
@@mr.perfect1749 Regardless if he wanted it or not, the effect was the same.

Barkley blew a 3-1 lead back to back years to Houston
Klay actually had a great offensive season last year. Him and Steph was not as accurate as usual
Also if Jordan doesn’t Retire Grant doesn’t leave
I was wrong about ticket, while i may disagree he’s consistent on his distaste for players getting credit for going to great situations and winning with his kawhi take
Lol facts
he still doesn't make sense tho if he's knocking Kawhi for being drafted into great situations then Kobe and Magic should get the same energy. And the man flip flops between his arguments in another panel show he was praising Kawhi for winning so he can win a debate on why Duncan wasn't more valuable to winning Magic but now Kawhi being drafted into the Spurs hurts Kawhi now???

4:10 I would say
7. 1950s
6. 1970s
5. 1960s
4. 2010s (strictly because I did not like the early part of the 2010s. Like from the 2010/11 to the 2013/14 season, I thought the talent pool was not that great as LOW eluded to in one of his videos)
3. 1980s
2. 1990s
1. And then you have the newer generation of LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, Chris Paul, Dwight Howard entering the picture as well)
2010s best era for me
4:27 What Chill said there is not wrong to be honest. Because from like the 1998/99 to the 2003/04 season, it was not a good time for the NBA. Too much heroball going around, some of the playoff series especially in the East was not that fun to watch with scores in the high 60s and in the 70s. But in terms of talent level, the 2000s was a great era.
Magic could guard a stiff at 5 or a stiff at 4. Magic couldn't guard Bird or McHale or Parish.
Did y’all see Del get put in the shadow realm for a second and he looked around like wtf!! 😂
This is about Ben Simmons
I’m sorry I never had no debate 2 or 3 years ago on who was better AD or Greek that was all LBJ fans
thats why u use him as a screener for ur scorers like a kyrie or kd so if they trap u got ben who can playmake and pass in a 4v3 where he doesnt need to create an advantage he can just capitalise off one already created

Marz: I think 2000s best era in basketball
Also Marz: Jaylen Brown is not a top 25 player
How do you think Kobe is top 3 all time and not see that Jaylen is a Kobe clone.

If you listen to GOLDEN STATE INSIDER Wiseman was fine running regular offense but when they run Steph offense he gets lost and if you watch Draymond he a damn negative on Wiseman because he won’t stay out his ear 👂 yelling that part just my opinion the other part is from golden state insiders about Wiseman. He was 11 & 6 on 51.8%
He simply had issues actually playing with Steph ball movement offense
There was more they said but this was basically it about wiseman
I think that Wiseman will be fine tbh. Just gotta wait and see. I remember Looney's development and how many dudes were calling him useless.
