Was at Koh Samui with two friends 1980. No airport no big hotels was there then. We stayed for two month at Chaweng Beach I think.. not sure. @ 01:42:24 for sure was the one place but it was no highway there back then. To get there, boat from mainland was the only option. Great times!!

For a social whirlwind or surfing, Phuket is the better choice. But for a relaxed holiday by the ocean or for snorkeling, Samui is the winner.

Оксана Оксана most likely somwhere between december and april witch is summer in thailand. he last few years there been very nice weather in low season too. august to november, that gives you also better prices. i prefer to go when its winter in europe thogh. happy travels

Ban Tai beach is on the north end of Samui between Maenam and Bang Por beaches... it's a lovely spot! About a km off the main road. Can be great for sunsets from about April onwards. Great sand too!
You think the colors need to be enhanced ? You think nature didn't give the water and the sky enough blue? I stopped watching video in the first couple minutes. Amateur! Gave a dislike.
