You could have designed the legs of the jig as a mount for a sliding horizontal needle for an additional width symmetry!

Usually, I work with a 1/3 or 1/5 scale. But that's just a tiny clay sketch in 1/16 scale.

Or you can slather on a bunch of clay and run it through the cnc machine... Just sayin'.
