I've had this trolley for about a year and a half, Brilliant trolley, can get all my tackle on this trolley. I like the fact that I can dismantle it and put it in its in own bag, really strong piece of kit Highly recommend, I have lots of tackle and it makes short work of carrying it all.
Bought one of these after watching a review. The guy was saying about the wheel struts not being welded on straight but the review was a few years old, so I assumed it would now be addressed. How wrong I was. Exact same shonky welding. I bought from angling direct online so I could take it back to my local AD tackle shop if I needed to ( know your consumer rights ). Unfortunately it’s going back tomorrow. At £179.99 I want a good one. I’ll get my money back and look around again. Get your act together matrix. FYI the MAP 4x transported is 90% the same as the matrix. Obviously from the same Chinese sweat shop. Great review though, really enjoy your videos. 👌
sorry to hear you’ve had issues mate, I believe the trolleys are built and shipped from Belgium 🤷🏻♂️ it’s only the 2nd one I’ve heard of with such a big problem, completely understand that it has to go back, but I can’t say I’ve had a single issue with mine… thanks for letting us know on here, cause it’s always something to keep in mind and thank you for the kind words and being part of the channel 👍🏻 BB
Hi again M8 Totally agree with you. My 2 wheel barrow is not as stable as I would like especially on uneven ground. For my next barrow it will be 4 wheels. Keep up your content and that 1000 will soon be yours.
You’re right Colin… 2 wheel transporters do have a place in Angling, but I’ve found for the majority of transporting your kit to the bank, the 4 wheeler is slowly becoming a must… would be nice to see some more affordable 4 wheelers… maybe nufish could come up with something 🤷🏻♂️ BB

Custom size mate… you send your chest, waist, leg length etc to them in an email and they custom make them so they fit 👍🏻 that’s why they’re also worth the money for the larger angler… the guaranteed fit! 👌🏻 BB
David, it genuinely allows better preparation for your fishing… I see some anglers carrying each individual piece of kit to their peg (could only be 20 metres), and after they’ve moved it all, they’re nackerd! Doesn’t put you in good shape for the match… I even see some anglers with single or double wheeled barrows hauling there gear 100 metres or so and the. They’re nackerd too! I’d honestly go as far to say as it’s been one of the most vital parts of my kit in staying mobile and accessible with my tackle… don’t get me wrong, it’s not probably needed all the time, but when it is, it’s a life saver! 👍🏻 BB

Hi BB 3 months after this review are you still happy with it? I am considering buying one, but heard there could be issues with support bar being off set on one of of the front wheels wondering if you have noticed anything or heard anything?
Alright James… not heard anything to do with the support bar… if there was an issue, I’d simply send it back, but I’ve had no issues at all (that’s not to say others haven’t 🤷🏻♂️)… however, my old man has since bought one after trialling mine, and he’s chuffed to bits with it… I saw the Preston 4 wheel transporter when I last went to my local tackle shop, which looked a good piece of kit, but it was more expensive than the matrix… from my perspective, I can’t complain James, let’s just say that it’s a joy to have and I never worry about getting to my peg now 👍🏻 Let me know if you take the plunge and what your thoughts are mate 👍🏻 BB
Haven’t tried it with any Daiwa Boxes Shaun… but looking at the width spec on their website, vs the Matrix boxes, they are slimmer, so I shouldn’t see why it wouldn’t fit… only true way is to phone your local tackle shop and ask unfortunately, without taking the risk… 👍🏻 BB
Hi Carl, the Matrix XR36 pro is one of the widest bocks on the market… so I would imagine there’s no issues with others… I would check with your local tackle shop but, I’d be confident 👍🏻 BB

The welding is supect as the nuts welded to the frame fall off.

Does it take the Octbox 25. As my Octbox trolly is not great, the powered one.
