I had a miscarriage in April with a unplanned pregnancy but a wanted baby I had to loose controle to trust God through that process still...I literally felt I'm losing my mind ,that moment I needed God to make me strong to accept what's happening and I went on my knees and he gave me a peace that was beyond my understanding.I still felt the lost and all however his presence wow it was amazing and helped me through it
My ex husbands an extremely extremely extremely extremely immature boy child he’s definitely not a man at all I hope he is listening today I praise God for permanent divorce/no reconciliation ever!!! And I also praise God for Giving me His Divine Peace/And closure. And my permanent boundaries as far as my ex husband/his family go they will be staying In place indefinitely:) And I also thank Jesus for my singleness it’s an amazing amazing incredible gift :)And I thank God for protecting my Godly family. And I from harm:)
I think we suffer because we want to control things ourselves instead of letting God do his will. We need to trust the Lord with everything because he loves us and he knows what’s best for us.
I teach high school business and other career classes. Once school starts, the work load is overwhelming. Besides teaching seven classes, I sponsor a business club and manage a small clothing store inside the high school (part of our small business program). Almost daily I feel overwhelmed. I often ask the Lord to help me. I tell him I can't do it without Him. I just learned this week that another teacher will be helping me with the business club. Please pray for our schools, students, teachers, and all the staff. Also, I'm thankful for this video and Better Together.
I’d really like to hear more about the lady in the beige jacket and her journey with loneliness. I could really use some encouragement. I have been angry with the Lord about this and I tell him that I don’t understand Him. Don’t get me wrong, I am a believer but I am struggling with the pain of loneliness and knowing that God KNOWS I’m lonely and and He KNOWS it’s painful yet I’m still lonely and hurting. I hate it when Christians claim that 'God does not give us more than we can handle'. I think the families and friends of believers who committed suicide might beg to differ...
I agree. And it is very UNbiblical. The verse actually talks about temptation which is very different from heart wrenching circumstances. In 2 Cor. 1:9 Paul faced an extremely hard circumstance and he thought God’s answer was going to be his death. “Indeed, we felt we had received the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead. “ The whole point he makes is that there will be times we cannot handle. God uses those times for us to use His strength and comfort and not rely on our own resources. We cannot do life alone. We need God to carry us through.

Yes, I'm learning to be clingy to God. I need him more and more each day. I want to be near him more.

I would never be able to accept losing a child for example & then still carry on believing in God.
