@@TheLostRiverDriveIn You Were Literally the very first person I thought of when I saw it. and it was my pleasure man. I know I love mine and would have been bummed if I missed out on the Steel Set.
i love your nostalgia videos like this. hearing about blockbuster video and suncoast video. I have that same version of halloween h20 on dvd too. also love hearing about that bootleg version of halloween 6 you have.
Intriguing video 😎 nostalgia can be a wonderful thing. Sometimes I can kick myself for letting go of older copies of my videos but having the quantity I have space can be an issue. That copy of H6 is a gem and an awesome keepsake!
Awesome video Nick hope you're well my awesome friend . yes i wound love a best Halloween releases to owed video . yeah i have most of the releases you showed in the video . but i don have the halloween 4 Cbs fox tape or a bootleg producers cut halloween 6 .
Those DVD Covers did bring back memories of going to Best Buy. I still have quite a few. I have that Halloween II (81) and the quality of that one left A LOT to be desired
John Carpenter’s Halloween is the first dvd I ever bought. It was the end of 1999 and I was at Suncoast. That’s my favorite one. I love all the movies. Please do the addendum video Nick! I love how you do these videos and you do a great job. Keep being awesome man and ty again!
Me looking around my studio going like. "got that, don't have that" lol. Might jump on the Halloween 5 dvd. But I want to snag the the Viavison Halloween II and Halloween III. Great Video man. Never Disappoint.
Your copy of Halloween 4 is unique, the pictures on the back were bigger in most editions I rented at Hollywood video and blockbuster as well as the few times I saw it at a swap meet or garage sale (the 90s were the best) but the pictures on the back were always huge, like taking up the first half on the upper cover huge of Loomis and blade runner Michael 😂
i have the same edition of h20. mine came with the chapter insert 😂 but also a very nostalgic release as it was my very first copy and viewing experience of the film.

Halloween 2 & 3 just got a cool new Blu-ray release in Australia I might get with new commentary tracks. I haven't gotten any of the 4K's as they seem to just be the same as the Blu-ray with just a different quality.
Halloween kills dvd is what started my collection, a little over 2-3 years ago. Cant even count how many hours I spend on eBay searching for new additions for my collection lol.
I have been a resident of Haddonfield since 89 when I was 6 years old Some years back my girlfriend got me the unrated director's cut of Rob Zombie's Halloween (2007) for Christmas We were watching it at her apartment when young Michael beat the bully to death she made me turn it off because that part disturbed her so much and she likes movies that are disturbing One more thing: Am I the only fan who has noticed that for all the times that The Lost River Drive-In was mentioned in the Halloween franchise they never actually showed where it was
I guess it’s technically stealing but I found an old block buster promotion saver thing like the size of a dvd chapter thing and I stuck in the dvd I bought at vaule village 😅 it was a 3 pack of jaws 2/3/4 🤷🏼 so glad I own it tbh cool little thing if blockbuster history
Getting that H6 version as a Christmas gift would have floored me at that age
Believe me, I was floored lol
16:40 that's so heartwarming. and the viewer giving him a halloween trilogy steelbook.
Chris is good people. It meant a lot to me
