There's a mod on Mod Hub called "Broom" that adds a wide bristle broom you can use to clean up spilled materials. I use it to keep the animal pens clean, but I suspect you could use it for the manure as well. Just drag the broom over the dirty area and it cleans up spilled materials. Might help your greenhouse problem.
Two different brooms 1for animalpens and 1 for cleaning land maybe it works.

I wish you would paint some of the buildings on the farm. Mostly just the house and the grain silos. It would make such a difference. Or at least a new bed and bathtub. 🤢

i don't have the problem with the green houses spilling onto the grounds i fill it directly from a small trailer that holds 11,000 liters and leave it in there.

Love the series! Interesting idea for you. You should make it so you can hire a worker but you have to have a house for them on the property for them to “stay in” while they work. Of course one house per worker

From the moment a second weather icon appears you have exactly six hours left until the weather changes. Does mean, as soon as a "sun"-icon appears next to that "rain"-icon, it will rain for another six hours until you can start harvesting. If you want to know how much time is left until the weather changes, just keep an eye on those icons. PS: I love this series!
Sell the damn silage pit!
Silage ain't worth it in this map...and that compactor too.
And at 6:32,you could've checked the price and taken the 2 wool pallets to sell
If you get the small BGA it is more than worth it to make silage. You can get a mill that mounts on a tractor to pick it up and trailer it to make it a lot easier as well.
@@Punnikin1969 Yeah, but until he gets a BGA it's just blocking him from accessing the edges of that field. Also he said it himself that a BGA is quite far away.
@@ScarletFlames1 He could plant and harvest East-West a few rows as he's done in the past. That does slow things down a bit though, and can be annoying. I put my silage pit on the south end to keep it out of the way, too, so his placement is less than ideal. I can definitely see your point.
After harvesting trees on this map i just run smooth on the terrain tool over the area before i cultivate it for arable. The ground is bumpy and my seeders or other equipment often miss spots if i dont smooth first. Love the series btw
Thank you for putting me onto this map. I downloaded it this morning and I think I'll really enjoy the challenge of turning a rundown farm in profitable enterprise. By the way, I really enjoyed the retro approach you used in your scenario.

Could always use the milling machine for the potatoes. Not that realistic, but I don't mind. It's pretty cheap too! That 1250L bucket would probably take two episodes to pick them all up! Lol
Daggerwin you can scrap the diesel barrels and cans you just have to line the barrel/can up with the strap it just dose'nt show up that you strapped it👍good vid btw

Dagwin, if you ever want to remove the rocks or trees there are two signs by the store that allow you to get rid of them. Follow the dirt path by the road.
One way I used to fix the issue with the manure is to use a hand shovel mod, and you can get in there and pick up the manure by hand. Once removed, you should be able to put it in if you hit the trigger. On that mod, the trigger needs to be much larger than it is so it doesn't happen again. I would also the use the mod for clean up around animal feed trays. It's good for getting in areas that you can't get to with a tractor attached bucket.

The Milling Machine you've used in the past for silage should pick up your potatoes, it certainly shows them in the array of materials it handles. A snip at only €5000.
anything that runs off the tires like seeders or subsoilers with a pintle hook can be ran off of the 82's pickup truck so for 36k you can essentially get a 450 hp tractor. not a bad deal

Hello dag, this machine saved my life on survival challenge, i did potatoes too and to pick them up i used the mod called "milling machine" wich picks up every imaginable crop there is. It has a 3 meter working width and requires 95hp and only costs 5.000 pounds. For a machine with its function its literaly cheap as chips. Its findable under miscelanious. You should go for that, you will thank me later
If you can't clear the ground area with the terrain tool you can always use F11 and do clear tip area.
If you get rid of the greenhouse you can get another water mill. It is cheaper cos you had to pay for fertilizer on top of maintenance.
Something you could consider to pickup the potatoes is the milling machine from the official modhub (FS19_Fraese.zip) however it may not be realistic enough. Please keep the videos coming I am really enjoying this series.
Use a small conveyer belt to pick up the spilled manure.. Works good in fs cleaning pits and spots where can reach for quiet a long time
The video actually looks better than it normally does. Keep using the higher bitrate.

Get the nmc logsplitter and the case 110 cultivator plz, keep on making great videos to enjoy after school
For the greenhouse use a trailer to tip the manure into it so it won’t glitch (maybe just use the sides on the Ferguson 3ton tipper)
I recommend getting a pickup i get the mod that gives me the fs17 truck it helps a lot and fairly cheap I use them to pull trailers and carry diesel
You stated that this is suppose to be as hard as possible Daggerwin since it is a survivor challenge. I strongly feel that you need weeds, lime, and plowing all turned on.

If the lemon house is broken maybe consider "repurposing" it? I believe theres a potato greenhouse available and having that would make sense if you go to the trouble of buying the washer and sorter.
Also the conveyor mod that people may have been talking about is included in the storage silo set.

Love the series! I think with the Lumberjack mod that gave you super human strength and faster cutting saws, you can also grind stumps with your chain saw.
Love the series! you can get the lizard feeding shovel so you dont overfill the manure pit, also the massey ferguson does have a canopy option.
I use the Mbp 9 trailer and the 6.7L highstroke V8 truck for the trailers like the bails, water tanks and Manure.
I think the problem with the greenhouse has to do with using the loader bucket. Me and a friend us a truck with a dump bed on it and it works great no problems.
The stump grinder is made to go that slow so you can drive along and grind stumps as you go and not have little pieces everywhere

I think you should get a field closer to the store and build your own farm. I tried it myself and it wasn’t too expensive.
regarding the greenhouse problem, maybe it would work to clean up the manure, then dump something else on the ground there, like woodchips? That should block the manure from hitting the ground, since Fs cant mix materials on the ground.

I'd get rid of the manure buy point but make a note of how much a buckets worth then use the easydev tool to add it and remove the amount from your balance or use the buy point at the shop for buying manure.

If you want a bigger tractor for the three seeder set up you should check mod hub to see if there is an old Chamberlain they are old Australian tractors and are very good love the vids thanks dag
You could always get the manure pallet mod to refill the greenhouse. And there is 2 different versions of the Fiat 180-90 on the mod hub. Both cost the same but one has more options for attachments.

You should get a pallet rack to stack your pallets in one spot instead of scattered around and behind stuff in the shed

With the greenhouses you can unload the manure from the trailer into the greenhouses but you have to make sure that the tipping side is the correct side
Measurements:
Barrel = 161L
Drum = 205L
Tote = 1m3 = 1000L
Also SG of diesel is .88 ~ .82 kg/L
The only thing i can think of why your manure falls through is most likely due to over filling. what i mean by that is when you grab a bucket full by the 3rd bucket its close to being full so the second its at 100%, it just disperses to the ground or in your case stuck in the manure fill area. I play FS19 on console and have had this happen to me as well. probably best to use your dump trailer it usually stops at 100% not always but "mostly" .
Regarding spilt manure, it always seems to happen when using a bucket to fill. Once full it just continues to pour out on the trigger. Either don't overfill or use a trailer.
If someone hasnt said it already, you can strap the fuel down just gotta put it so it overlaps the strap points
One small request, if possible of course, but can you PLEASE make these episodes like 30 minutes long? This is my favorite series that you do and twice a week at around 20 minutes is not enough to sate my hunger lol.
For a combine you can ge the Claas dominator 108, that came with the claas dlc.

Why don't you use your plow on the Ferguson for creating your fields? It's either the same size or bigger than your cultivator and it would be much more realistic, plus give the Ferguson another job.
My grandpa has that same tractor from the intro! I used to ride around on it like 20+ years ago as a kid!

Use the Bucket Mod (£50), to pick up loose material on the ground. i use it in my game to clear up spills.
you CAN get a little roof for the Massey, just not an entire closed cab..

I would suggest trying the Torpedo 170 RX tractor from Mod hub. Really well-made mod, updated and bugs free and it looks and feels substantial. The sound it's awesome,, too.
Just grab the lumberjack mod - it lets you stump grind with a chainsaw!

Diesel ( and all other oils) are not "lighter" than water. They are less dense. Yes, per 500L it is lighter but that's just a longer way of saying less dense.
Most oils are lighter than water, not all. Some of the asphalts and heavy fuel oils will sink. Diesel is roughly 80% the weight of water.
Running a noise filter may help with the video compression and artefacts, making the raindrops more uniform by treating them as noise to be reduced.
Hey daggerwin you should look at the fortschritt ks-6B for harvesting your potatoes. It is what I like to use and it's a cheap self propelled harvester
You can't spray in the rain and obviously fertiliser is known to poison sheep if they eat or encroach on land that's been treated. It's pretty obvious you can't spray treat anything in rain, as many times as I was made to work outside in the rain, all spraying jobs were always cancelled during it.
