      Yeah Doesn't help at all. No recommendations on the set up on how to fix or return to green light. I was waiting for the explanation on what is the reason too haha

    Since Sept 27 no internet LOS .. ginawa na nmin direct sa cable pero Wala parin mukang mismong line na sa labas Ang may problema pero wala parin sila sinasabi kung pupunta ba sila o hindi. Puro try to fix kinemerot pqng reply nila.

    I have been having this same problem a lot more recently, and I haven't really been able to pin-point the issue, although something strange with this is that me and some other people have noticed that sometimes the router if you leave it alone for a while it'll switch from the red light to whatever color light (depending) that indicates that the router is now fully functional, but in your case it doesn't seem like it was a plausible solution, since you waited about 3 days and it was still not working, I almost chopped this up to be an issue on my ISP's end them maybe trying to install some kind of firmware update, but haven't contacted them, I tried power cycling my router, heard that you can reset, but I usually try not to do that. Just nothing has worked and I might have to end up getting a new one, so if anyone has some kind of solution for this, please let me know.

      Have you tried contacting your ISP? Try raising a ticket on all of their platform (facebook, their website, twitter, etc.) Don't stop until somebody goes to your site/location.
