This was possibly the most insane Platinum Games has ever gone with the Umbra Witch, But the ending was honestly Bittersweet, not to say too much.

@@alvaroperez2349 Replicant has no involvement from Platinum, however the way the combat in Replicant is similar to that of Automata and it's combat system was made with Platinum involement.

I've been waiting for this for over a month. I'm happy to see you post the first No Damage boss run of this on TH-cam after seeing your other playthroughs of the previous Bayonetta games!
So from what I’ve gathered, singularity is an artificial human of sorts from a multiverse outside of the bayonetta multiverse, and he has the ability of reality warping and the high tier type too, and his army are both homunculi and cyborg created with highly advanced super nanotechnology considering the fact that these Units can go toe to toe with some of bayonetta’s most powerful demons, I’ll just say, I’d love to have his homunculi army as my own as a superhuman since they can match the power of both powerful demons and angels, science rules!
Yeah, it's pretty cool when they portray the power of science matching the power of magic, it feels fair.

He's actually AI so pretty much a force of nature, also meaning AI really dooms us all most of the time
It's also cool to see the series take inspiration from other religions and mythologies so that the angels and demons don't get stale.
Also the Homunculi have insane healing factors. It a took a lot more to put Singularity down than it did for either Aesir or Jubileus.
SPOILER ALERT FOR LOST DEMON
And it still didn't outright kill him. In a desperate move, he traveled back in time to when Jeanne and Cereza were still children in an attempt to take them down then. But the only saving grace for the witches is that Singularity's healing factor didn't catch up with the thrashing he got in 3, so he was heavily weakened.
Reminder to those that have finished LD: this is a game where an Affinity (the most basic cannon fodder in the rest of the series) is a boss-level challenge.
I just noticed this right now. Cereza's hand were trembling when she aimed the gun at Rosa.
Sometimes people hesitate to kill those they love the most in their lives, ofc I would do the same if someone in my family wants me to kill him/her, but Idk whether I wanted to shoot either my dad or mom if they were about to be turned into something we don't know, I'd probably look away after I shoot, and maybe be in tears for killing either one of them, and spend the rest of my life with that guilt 😭😭💔💔💔
I think my favorite part in the whole game was during the final boss with singularity, you play as Bayo 1 with Bayo 2 helping you out; but the part the I absolutely love even more if the fact that while you’re playing as Bayo 1 and you summon Madama Butterfly, Platinum basically paid homage to Bayo 1 and 2 by using Madama Butterfly’s original design used in Bayonetta 2, alone with her signature headbutt!

Words cannot explain how I'll never recover from the ending, especially the credits. I spent an hour and a half crying after that, and how it's been bashed by people just hurts, even when they straight up ignore the archives, journals, etc, and just call it 'bad writing.' This game is one of the reasons why Bayonetta is everything to me, and I'll forever cherish it. Best Bayonetta sequel, don't change my mind.
(No worries, I also had fun with first and second, but this one rules to me.)

My god, there's so much Journey to the West reference in the Arch-Pyrocumulus battle, apart of the enemy itself which says it all, the magic circle Bayonetta throws, the Five Elements Mountain with its own label that falls on the big monkey trapping him

The Bat Within finish on the Fortitudo fight is actually insane

Damn... Bayonetta is so goddamn powerful... I hope she comes back in another game, and she isn't dead at all.
Yea, no clue why people are so dramatic. We literally already pulled Jeanne out of exact same predicament, not to mention that her being chummy with one of the most brutal demons in all of Inferno likely saves her from experiencing Alarune vore. She's not dead, she's on vacay.

I noticed how in Alraune’s fight every time Madama Butterfly comes out she immediately forgets Bayo and goes for her.
I also wonder whose soul is in Alraune in this game
Alraune probably doesn't have anyone in there which is why she's so damn weak compared to her time in 2. She can assume her full form, but not have the horsepower.

What i really hate about Bayonetta 3 is Viola she's so insufferable and she tries too hard to be hilarious words cannot describe how easy it is to guess who her parents are and their relationship doesn't just feels forced but it is forced that whole fae bullshit with luka was never explained and the ending did it all went back to normal are all Bayonetta s and Jeanne s brought back to life who knows.

I honestly hate the ending. There was so much gold for this game and they made a huge squandering of it. I hope they make the real Bayonetta come back, or at least fix Viola so she is not looking like a lesbian. And for gods sake make her less of a dunce.
If I am not wrong, the PG studio said that Bayo 4 main character is still Cereza instead of current Bayo(Viola).
