His hamstrings were like Samsons strength! The torque after the hit and explosiveness after contact was just so fun to watch. He belongs in the HOF. One of the very best workhorse RB’s to ever play football. The power and the elusiveness was insane! Rushing over 10k yards and never missing a start?! One of the toughest dudes to ever play! Awesome getting to watch him play! He was the epitome of durability! Awesome video!!!

It's crazy cause Eddie wasn't a blazing speed guy. He didn't break off that many long runs. But he earned those tough 3 and 4 yards constantly banging out the defense for 4 quarters. Running back this size don't happen alot anymore. My favorite of all time is Jerome Bettis and Brandon jacobs. Brandon was 6 ft 4 265. And Jerome was 5ft 11 250 pounds. Both were a load to bring down. I miss those days of football
Yea, they weren't "flashy" per se, but they were always consistent. Yea, we don't have neccesarily the same thing at the moment in the NFL, but luckily we have variations of that run heavy concept that carry through today; like Kyle Shanahan's offense which mirror's his dad's, the Baltimore Ravens, and Derrick Henry and the Titans of course (which will be very interesting this next season, haha). But yea, no real Bettis type backs at the moment.. but the NFL always has it's ebbs and flows with that kinda stuff.
My favorite RBs in today’s NFL is Derrick Henry, Saquon Barkley and Chris Carson
And to think he only played 8 years in the NFL.
Eddie is my favorite player of all time. All heart. Wasn’t the fastest…wouldn’t make the highlight runs. But was tough and will always get the 3rd and short. Hated seeing him in a Dallas jersey.

Maybe at some point I'll do a tandem video.. it can be tedious to try and do one guy, and I do like having the spotlight on just one person per video, and highlight them... BUT, I definitely won't rule it out, and maybe we can come up with one that will work at some point.
