I don’t think I realized I got behind on your videos. I think I still need to watch last weeks. 😂. Love the new opening. You’ve got to be careful with trailer steps. It’s easy to break something. Troy did a great job reinacting it. Looks like it’ll really help. Won’t be so slippery. You really put it through the test. That’s funny how it acting differently with each test. Boat decking was a good call. Try not to come outside in your socks. 😂
Thanks! A fellow youtuber/geopro owner did the music for us (the gonzo book). We are working on one a bit longer. How is everything going? Camper up for the season?
@@WinesPinesandCanines The camper is winterized. However, I have dreams of doing some dry camping if the winter stays as mild as it has been. We are doing well. Many great blessings here. How about you and your family?
It definitely has been a mild one but looks like cold is on its way this next week! We are doing well. Think Desi is done with travel - he has had a rough 4 months. Still searching for a snack lol but has slowed down. He is looking forward to a snack heavy day today lol. Hope you and yours have a Happy Thanksgiving!
Oh my gosh! I saw this on TEMU and thought about using it on our RV. I might go ahead and do it now. I also leave my steps out when my RV is parked at the house, so it's good to know that it holds up. I think it was a great modification. I forget how much it cost. By the way, for Linda's sake, just leave the mattress outside in front of the steps all year round. 😂🤣
That was a fun video! I keep hearing of people tripping on the way in or out of their rig. I guess I should do something about that. Thanks for the idea! Happy Thanksgiving!
For me it wasn't the step surface that would prove problematic, but the curved portion of the step where no nonskid is. Easy win for Linda's Oscar worthy tumble.
I bought the same product but the wider option. It took a month to get it flat with weights on it! By the time I got it flattened enough, the weather turned wet and cold. :( Thanks for the laminate roller tip! You went the "extra mile" with the stunts! LOL
Thank you 😊 and thank you for the support! So we have about 20-25,000 miles on the camper and (knock on wood!) no blowouts. It is always on Troy’s mind (this is Linda) and he does the driving and is pretty experienced. But he is also diligent with tire maintenance and inflation. Checks them over each time we stop! So, it is a concern - double axle is easier in a blowout I have heard but have seen others on forums that have had them and have handled it ok. So fingers crossed!
Nice looing mod. Does it stay wet for a long time? We like the looks of it but wonder if it does get wet will it stay wet. We have the exact same steps. Thanks - Take care.
One of the benefits of filming everything - time stamps on our videos lol. So that day - we filmed washing them at 1:48 and Troy was standing on it in his sock feet at 3:04 and it was dry :). So about an hour and 15 mins to dry - but might have been even sooner! Hope that helps! Thanks for the watch :).
Looks like another project I may have to try. Now I just need something to keep Cody from pulling me down the steps when I open the door... Speaking of Cody, I posted a short video of him in the Colorado River from our trip to Parker. He had only learned how to swim the day before. I thought he did pretty well: th-cam.com/video/HPsq54xgthY/w-d-xo.html
@@WinesPinesandCanines It was a great trip. Cody had a ball. Buckskin Mountain is probably his favorite place. The weather was perfect, too. Then we got home to snow the next morning.

Love the opening jam - Hi Desi!!
I love the new opening!

You guys are hilarious at the end.

It is a good price point for the ease of install. We really like how it looks. And Hahahahaha! Might have to do that!
So Fun!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed!!

Could definitely see that - did you have a fall as well? Definitely easy to do.
And ha! Maybe next time I need to do it eating a breakfast burrito!
@@WinesPinesandCanines Yup, took a tumble heading downwards.
Be sure and use a stunt burrito. They are too precious to waste.
Oh no - hope you were ok? And yes - will definitely need a stunt burrito haha. And Happy Thanksgiving!

Strange - ours flattened out in about an hour. Did the wider version come folded? And lol - thanks! And thanks for the watch!
@@WinesPinesandCanines It was rolled up and probably sat on the shelf for a long time.
I heard it 😊
Thank you so much! As I mentioned - will be giving you a shout out soon!
I love your upgrades. Have you had a blowout. And are you worried if you encounter one with a single axle.

I bet it would work really well if you wore Sperry Topsiders deck shoes.😅
Ha! Probably! Thanks for the watch!
