We traveled to Italy and stayed in 3 amazing airbnbs. I prefer airbnbs over hotels when traveling with my family. Nice video. Glad that you got to disconnect a little 😊
It's so different traveling in California, convenience and grocery on every corner. Probably not necessary to have water and snacks for guests since most people road tripping already have a bag full, but it is very nice!
We’re definitely Airbnb for longer than 1 night. After traveling it’s a shower and a nap before we go out again so yes ppreciate the little snacks as they just make us feel settled too.
I like all your videos, even if Finn isn't in them! I've enjoyed the ones where you are traveling around California and It's been fun experiencing Italy through your videos. As far as fragrances, I'm sensitive to scent so I'm a bit nervous about using scents in my STR, scent is very personal, so one's favorite could be another person's least favorite. I have wondered about greeting guests. I'm introverted and assume people want to be left alone but I'm working on a glamping site that probably could use some explanation for most people, so...🤔
I love Trestevere but I stayed at an Airbnb. Except, when you are flying out just for a night, a hotel is good. Other than that. I love staying at Airbnbs. 😊 Hubby and I were in Italy last September/October for 6 weeks and traveled the entire country including Sicily. Arbnbs all the way.
FRAGRANCE - I intentionally have only fragrance-free products in our STR cabin, including cleaning products, and I make a point to specify that in our listing. Fragrance can 100% become a major sensory overload that can impact the enjoyment of your stay if you just don't like the scent, or cause headaches, etc. Especially for people with sensory perception issues, autism, etc. Additionally, most "fragrances" (except essential oils), are endocrine disruptoring chemicals (hormone disruptors) which can contribute to hormonal health issues for people of all ages and genders. For years, all my body & household products have been fragrance free, and now when I do smell perfumes / fragrance, it is definitely an immediate turn-off for me that I try to avoid using. Everything from hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc is ALL fragrance free. I think the neutral smell of nothing allows for greater appreciation of the natural scents of the outdoors at nature-focused STRs - the smell of rain, of tress, of the wind carrying scents. Highly recommend making the switch in your personal life and STRs 😁✌
I HATE palo santo. People tend to think it's new age-y amd universally appealing, but it totally triggers my asthma (often scented candles and smoke do too)

Love coming along on your journey, great insight!
Also, our family went to Ireland a few years ago and it was awesome, so glad you were able to see some of Dublin. I would definitely return there.
We offer snack basket with a bottle of wine in our cabin. For our suite just snacks, no wine. Thx for sharing your lovely trip❤.

Airbnb’s over hotels in Italy. But of course we are biased ;-)

dear ones, if the delay is due to technical problems of the airline, you are entitled to a European compensation of €600 per person for the delay.
😊👍
You don’t find any hidden cameras in a hotel room. Would that be one difference?
One thing I learned is that you really like croissants
Who doesn’t?! 😍
I say Airbnb
