Allah has given us so much freedom in this dunya, yet our parents and their societal rules, regulations and culture are always there to withhold that freedom. It is the most common reason of stress in youngsters like me these days. May Allah forgive us, our parents and judgmental relatives. :(

When l was a teenager l had vowed and prayed to avoid going into haram relationship, but l really landed to a group of ladies who misguided my innocence of 23years telling me how childish lam , l was made to HV a relationship some thing that changed my whole life, now l hate relationships thanks to mufti menk l learned a lot from him and now and a changed person who is looking forward to a good husband inshaAllah
Alhamdulillah, right now I am in the process of getting engaged and eventually married. It is a little more complex than I hoped because the sister I have been talking to lives in Guyana and it's whole process to get her to the US where live. Plus I'M recovering from cancer so I have been keeping her posted about me and she has been very supportive thought this difficult time. If that's not a sign that she is the one, I don't know what is!
Same issue is happening with me though I'm Muslim and my family belongs to a religious background but blackmailed me cuz I love someone whom she is not from a religious family
Marriage is about forgiving and accepting the positive and negative .. and our children are example showed by Allah SWT how we were at their age . There is something .. we always talk nicely to our parents , friends , and relatives but to not our spouse.. we raise our voice scold and argue all the time .. but those people were not around when we needed the most but our spouse will be there for us . If the husband and wife understand this marriage will be perfect .

I love this brother for the pleasure of Allah swt. Marital problems and advice is so difficult in the western world as people only see someone when they have decided on divorce.. I looked for arbitration and found it unaffordable. Marrying a revert and having non Muslim in laws pose so many problems especially on kids that you just don't know what to do. Sadly I fall into the third category and make maximum sacrifices to keep my young children in a stable family. I get blamed for oppression but am the one being oppressed.. But have to keep altering and changing my stance to keep a stable family. Sad though that one day when the kids grow if I live that long, they naturally would side witth their mum and I'll be left alone as I will just end up being myself and looking after my health... Subhanallah I do pray that Allah swt does not let it come to that and my wife is given rahmaat and learns to obey me and work with me as Allah swt commands

Remember 'it's not you vs your spouse, it's you and your spouse vs the actual problem'. Look at or search the real actual problem and control both your emotions at the moment. Communicate (always with respect, both sides). Then pray together. Don't get an divorce for something you could fix. May Allah swt put so much barakazh in your marriage. May Allah help you both.
Mufti saab i am in a relationship since 7 years and we both love eachother. But her parents are just refusing because they don't want to be taunt by their relative that their daughter did love marriage. And i this case they forced her daughter to marry a boy who she didn't even see and engaged. Till now she is going to be married in few days but she even dont know who the boy is and how he looks like. Just parents know who they are. Wallah i am in a situation where we dont know what to do. And she is doing just in respect to her parents.

My parents isolated me so much that not much people ever came ask for my hand in marriage. I had to study and work,take care of my sisters kids and parents and siblings. I was getting depressed and angry after that way to long timeframe some guys asked after me trough my sisters husband instead of my parents. Guys i didnt match with looks wise nor mental wise. Until now im single,34 years,depressed to not have a husband whom i match with just as many people match on many levels. For me it was always forced or arranged,i refuse, cuz i deserve mutual love as well. I have no family further so on. ill probly die alone.

Mufti saab i am in a relationship since 7 years and we both love eachother. But her parents are just refusing because they don't want to be taunt by their relative that their daughter did love marriage. And i this case they forced her daughter to marry a boy who she didn't even see and engaged. Till now she is going to be married in few days but she even dont know who the boy is and how he looks like. Just parents know who they are. Wallah i am in a situation where we dont know what to do. And she is doing just in respect to her parents.
One who follow the sunnah of our Rasool (S a w)and he too encourage me to follow both Farl and Sunnah...I am lucky becoz at first he was ma best friend and no matter how much tym we spend together.We dont talk about worldy things we talk about Islam...and the relationship help me to get more closer to Allah and we decided to end the haram relationship by making it Halal.and stoped contact for Allah's sake❣I wish i want to marry him.And aftr propsl its not working with my famly and not agreeing i dont know wht i want to do bt i know it will be halal soon InshaAllah ❣any way Alhamdhulillah for everything plz include me in your dua May Allah full fill our wishes soon InshaAllah... Amazing lecture i wish I could send this lecture to my mother. But the lecture does not even have any urdu subtitles. I wish she could know this without me asking this from them. Parents thay were made parents at an early age they were put in this situation without knowing how to even be a parent or a good wife nor a good husband. Sadly the children suffer as they r not close enough with the parents

Brothers and sisters I have some questions please give me answers with logics.
1. Is it a sin to celibate in islam? If it's sinful then why?
2. Will I go to jannah if I don't commit illegal private sins don't get married willingly? ( I don't want to marry and have kids because I want to spend my whole life as an army person in battlefields)
3. Is it a sin to do self-harm in islam? If it’s sinful then why?( Actually I used to do it to prevent me from being lazy, careless, and sinful)

My parents isolated me so much that not much people ever came ask for my hand in marriage. I had to study and work,take care of my sisters kids and parents and siblings. I was getting depressed and angry after that way to long timeframe some guys asked after me trough my sisters husband instead of my parents. Guys i didnt match with looks wise nor mental wise. Until now im single,34 years,depressed to not have a husband whom i match with just as many people match on many levels. For me it was always forced or arranged,i refuse, cuz i deserve mutual love as well. I have no family further so on. ill probly die alone.

My husband i have being married for 2 yrs we have a girl child together masha allah .. hezz not have money property or any settlement i accepted him for whatever he has . He takes support from my father through me for example.,my child was ill and was admitted in hospital he dint had money for the treatment so i had to ask my father and my father never denied any help . My father even decided to settle him by putting alot of money . Even den he disrespects them . He wont respect me . Am a doctor masha allah and tried every way to support him but i dont earn coz of my child coz she is small . I cant help him with money . My father is getting old and i cant stress him for more money .. now my husband after taking all help doesnt want to get settled and fighting with me to cme back to him leaving my parents . My in-laws are not very good people they have taking dowry from us and not at all satisfied with it. I dont want to leave my parents and go to my in-laws. I dont want to get tortured again. What shuld i do am not understanding .. ?? Plzz help me ..

i wish i could get answers! i grew up in muslim countries i know that culture and religion better than any other! i have been with the love of my life for almost 5 years! i know the quran better than he does but im not a muslim! im willing to convert for him so he is hellal! i try to be good person i try to support him when to pray and give him privacy! hes had a rough youth and is more interested in joining hate groups than in his own religion! theres a reason for that! the angre is coming out! i love him so so much how can we be together without sin?
