They were so shocked by Noel's speed that they didn't even notice that Marine and Flare finished on the EXACT SAME FRAME.
In the past it was Fubuki who “muda muda” ed this mini -game and now its Noel.

Actually, if you look closely, you can see that the effects are just layering over each other before they have the chance to disappear
She's clearly the slowest one here. I think the game doesn't care about speed but a rhythm. Pressing a button too fast is probably meaningless since the game has an internal cooldown and doesn't register all button press.
@@DixxyV Idk how this game in particular handles these mashing games, but I’m pretty sure rhythm only becomes more important than speed after 60 presses/sec, which is far from humanly possible
@@cise3895 It's the other way around, speed only becomes important when you're so fast that you can ignore all the time difference happened from buttons not getting registered. With a system which registers buttons based on internal cooldown, rhythm is more important.
Let's say a game will only let you knock one block out after 0.4 sec has passed since the last block removed, player A press a button every 0.3 sec and player B press a button every 0.4 sec. To knock out three blocks, player A would have to spend 1.5 secs because two of their buttons don't get registered. Meanwhile, player B would have to only spend 1.2 secs because all of their press is perfectly synced with the game's internal cooldown so they all get registered, despite having a slower finger than player A.
@@DixxyV Actually the game care about speed instead of rhythm, if u slow down u can see u need 5 hits to launch a part of the yellow pokey. Noel 100% faster than others.
Noel's speed with mashing is actually quite impressive, i just hope that her controller isnt broken after that, considering she is a strong knight

That's why Flare spends so much time with her.
It doesn't surprise me seeing how Noel is a great gamer, a lot of her gameplays are really interesting, she picked up the way how to do stunts like that after time.

Fubuki was once the fastest in this kind of game with her Hamon, but Noel does not require Hamon for this. The flexibility, dexterity, and delicate touch of her fingers is something entirely different.

from the looks, it's not about tapping speed but timing, get the right timing when it falls and you'll knock it out much faster
THIS IS THE TECHNIQUE
hold the controller normally with your thumb on the button you want to mash
stiffen your hand so the joints dont bend
flex your entire arm as hard as possible until it starts to shake, thus pressing the button about 10 times per second

Its called locking your wrist. I can do the same thing but slightly faster than noel. You then essentially vibrate your arm. Basically you are your own turbo button.
