This has been a very informative talk! It is very demotivating to hear of the lack of career progression for non EU physicians , as a Specialist in SA I am definitely reconsidering my options

I am a EU citizen and EU graduate without working experience, is it challenging to get into BST or BMT? Will I have to work as locum SHO before I will be able to get placed into training scheme?

I have the same queries and questions. If you’d like to get in contact and perhaps guide eachother with info , I’d really appreciate it.
