i thought i was here to see what aphasia looked like for my STEP 1 but instead im just sobbing and i really never thought of this from an actual patient's point of view. thank you for reminding me and others why we work so hard to become great doctors. i want to thank the whole team of physians behind this patient's treatment. you're an inspiration.

This treatment is called perispinal etanercept. Please see University clinical trial confirms the efficacy of perispinal etanercept - January 3, 2020, “…[T]he data provide the first confirmatory supportive evidence from a randomized parallel double blinded clinical trial for rapid and wide-ranging benefits achievable by treating stroke patients with perispinal etanercept .” www.strokebreakthrough.com/randomized-placebo-controlled-clinical-trial-confirms-the-efficacy-of-perispinal-etanercept-january-3-2020/
