That's what I hate about so many metro stations here in Germany. Full of ugly & "invasive" ad poster spaces that distract from the actual architecture of many stations. And, depending on the city, decades where functionality was put way above architectural design aesthetics.

Ein Vorteil von dieser Wandgestaltung ist sicher, daß keine Fliesen abfallen können. Warum hat man nicht auch in anderen Städten daran gedacht? 😎

Wahrscheinlich weil viele Städte einfach nicht diesen felsigen Untergrund aus festem, hartem & stabilem Granit haben (wie Stockholm oder Helsinki), der ideal für U-Bahnbau ist weil er kaum verkleidet und gestützt werden muss...ich finde diese "Grottenstil"-Idee von Stockholm sowas von super. Echt cool & zeitlos. Die haben ihrer Kreativität ordentlich freien Lauf gelassen seit den 70ern.

@@UdoKrawallo Ja, das klingt für deutsche Ohren schon irgendwie echt witzig! Bin mal gespannt was der Kanalinhaber noch so an tollen Videos hochlädt, da kommen sicher noch einige Perlen was Stockholms "Tunnelbana" angeht

Luckily nothing happened to you. Husby Is one of the most dangerous neighbourhoods of North Stockholm and Stockholm. Especially when you walk around with a camera where theres alot of crime now!!!!!!

Well, he survived the most disgusting and dangerous areas in Berlin at late hours, so I guess that here was a walk in the park.

Lol - yes, it didn't even come close to some of the stations in Berlin! Actually I think there were more shady characters at Rinkeby or Aspudden, if I remember right...
