Nick was like 150lb in 2018/19. And 200lb before that. And then before that, he was below 150 since he started streaming 11 years ago. Staying that lean is a struggle for him.

Y'all can do it. Just keep the consistency up and build a habit until it becomes a lifestyle not a chore. I'm 182 cm (Let's just round that to 6ft shall we) and at my heaviest I was 98 kgs (~ 216 pounds) but for a fat guy I had very little muscle so although my weight wasn't astronomically obese, I was a hell of a lot fatter than the scales would suggest and I knew I was only getting older so if I kept up this lifestyle, it would affect me later in life. When I first started my main goal was just to lose the weight and get healthier and I didn't really put emphasis on the gym or building muscle, I just wanted to feel lighter and not like a slob but at the same time, I wanted to be realistic with myself and not overload my life with too many changes/fixes and I think a lot of people overlook that and try to overcrowd their routine, manage to do it for a short period and then ultimately just break and revert to their old lifestyle. I started off with fixing my diet, entering a calorific deficit (but I was tracking very loosely but people are different, and some people should track better to hold themselves accountable) but I mainly tried to stay away from heavy carbs and sugary foods and upped my protein intake. This alone was already enough to help me start losing weight combined with the morning cardio I did (I started off with brisk walks slowly shifting to jogging and intermittent sprints as time went on) as well as simple home workouts like various push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and burpees and although I couldn't do many initially, I tried to push myself until failure each time. I weighed myself every morning to monitor my progress and to keep me motivated because the feeling of losing weight after hard-work beats sex. You instantly feel more confident and I could also broaden and attempt hobbies I used to prefer sitting out of such as sports and higher-intensity activities. I think I only started going to the gym after 6 months of losing the weight and by then I already felt healthier, cycling to class everyday felt easier than it used to and I was participating in alot of activities. I'm not a nutritionist/dietician nor did I converse with any, I just did what I felt was right and worked for myself ~ everyone is different so you gotta find what works for you and stick to it. I didn't have the money or time to hire a personal trainer so I did what I could.
I wish I had a gym full of friends to go to. You guys are so lucky to have such a positive group of people that are all willing to help someone get back on a healthy lifestyle!

That wasn't the gym. He lost that weight in Norway playing games all day. It's been a month since he went back to Texas. Hasn't been to the gym yet. At 192lbs. Still plays GTA RP all day.

I'm glad that they are streaming their gym stuff and overall fitness stuff. I'm not personally big on watching the bigger streamers, but hopefully it rubs off on a lot of their audience. Physical wellness has a big impact on mental health as well.
