Its definitely worth every penny buying these if you have an iphone. The airpods are a fantastic addition to Apple and its not going anywhere soon. Just get one you will love it.
The only difference is you can charge your pods wirelessly as of the regular ones where you plugin the wire. Its like having a wireless charging facility in your phone thats it.

It really depends on which android device you have. My airpods connects with Realme 8 but for some reason it didn’t connect with MI Note 10. My suggestion to you would be to go with other TWS which properly supports Android device and only buy airpods IF you have an iphone to get the best out of it.
