Addiction is a wild disease. You can know what the right thing to do is and still not be strong enough. For me I end up leaving one thing and going to another. It’s a constant cycle of “fall off” and then “get back up.” I feel you and understand the struggle. Thank you for taking the time to make this video for us and for yourself ❤
@@sarahmcdonald9624 Thank you for watching! It is a bad cycle, for me the only things that have worked is putting my health and wellbeing over everything and replacing the habits with other habits. You can do it though, it is 100% possible.

Nic is the hardest one to kick. I'm just saying. Without like lethal withdrawal downers induce, that's next level. But nic mg for mg is the quickest to snag your dope and hardest to avoid since it is generally mild to ride. So insidious lmao ps If I watch every one of your videos, is that addiction ok? Doesn't matter I will anyway. I'll make my own or whatever... just a pleasure seeing you do this here. Fwiw? Multiplatform too.
"anything that gives you instantaneous pleasure , or that you have to do no work to get the reward is a lie". That's a wise mantra.
@@redlady935 it doesn’t lead you astray following that principle that’s for sure. Really makes you dissect your habits
Love this
