Get a wee low bed trailer n ramp system. Save your back, save flooding the mowers. Check out the aussie Boys catch pro, check out the iso tunes noise cancelling ear buds. Or send them a link for deals. Trimmer racks equipment racks one trailer all the tools. Save your back, save setup and time. Mostly look after the body. Check out the darwins grip. And yeah that's a steep section. Ask the boys for winch on the gator n towball. Stay safe.
I have to spray destiny herbicide 150g per hectare so 1.5g per 100sqm. I use 8 litres on my 100 sqm lawn spraying one direction, I want to spay two directions NS and EW to ensure even coverage, so do I mix 1/2(.75g)of the herbicide into 8 litres for each direction or the full amount(1.5G) for each direction?

Was looking up Casper because I was interested. In the directions for use: Do not apply with equipment carried on the back of the user. Seems like a good product for use in winter otherwise.
Yeah I saw the same instructions and wondered if it was because its a powder, I use Javelin (barmac version of bow and arrow / spearhead) instead but it does have a yellowing effect on some grasses.

Ben, I’d be out there every day with my blower vac blowing all those leaves 🍁 off my lawn, my OCD wouldn’t handle all those leaves or I’d pay the kiddos to go around and pick them up per bucket full Lol 😂, put them to good 👍🏻 use around the house yard Lol 😂. But can you explain briefly next time why you went for Casper other than Bow and Arrow. Are there any major differences... Did you also add maxwet as the Surfactant to stick to the leaf?
This could be a stupid question but here goes. Would you use a pgr on some or all of the property? Just seems like you have your work cut out when good weather comes, or an assistant groundskeeper.

I’m in a similar boat. I seeded with couch last season and it’s come up brilliantly. I have some lawn sections though that get little to no direct sunlight and are shaded all through the day. Was actually looking at the same product so glad I haven’t bought it yet after reading your comment. Super keen to hear what a suggested solution might be
Hello mate, love the channel. I am not far off putting Tiftuf down in my yard. I have a concrete slab that is getting removed. Is is best to get rid of all the stones underneath the slab and get it to dirt before putting down soil or will some stones under the soil be ok? Cheers

What’s the best grass for the central west? Grass that can handle the hot dry summers and the cold, frost etc.

Have you ever thought about trying to do one lawn without chemicals? Just trying to manage via regular scarifying, vetricutting, mowing etc?

Would be best to do with sand or soil for sure mate! Definitely will grow in sand. We only used to use sand on the golf course!

WIll work for oxalis but not wintergrass unfortunately.

I’d go for some barricade mate for zoysia. Will last 6 months so you apply 2 times a year. Will cover a lot of weeds as well!
