Tiger Woods surgeon. Trust his advice. Tiger just won one of the biggest events in the sport of golf after having had 3 or so surgeries. Your overall physical health as well as eating habits will greatly influence how well you do post surgery. I changed the way I ate in the weeks before my surgery and as I healed. Drinking, smoking, bad diet will all negatively affect recovery. Of you plan to have this done cut out those bad habits asap.

I’m not trying to have someone tell me that eating right is gonna fix a smashed disc.

@@jumanjiwarlord who said that? The surgery is what fixed it. Eating right took the added stress of heavy body weight off of the spine, and promoted better circulation, recuperative health, etc for the body to repair itself. Not sure how you got only eating better would fix anything.

@@jumanjiwarlord tiger wood got the wrong advices ,the doctors screw him up,he end up fusing his spine ,,thats what im going through , u cant trust doctors ,u gotta be your our own doctor.
a doctor goal should be to preserve the natural motion of the spine ,fusion is a compromise . it has tremendous negative devastating effects on the patient .cuz it makes the person disable .you will
lose lack of mobility ,flexibility and rotation .
these doctors dont expalin what a fusion is ,,cuz they dont have one .
