    고소한 통밀의 맛이 살아있는 통밀 비스킷을 만들었어요~
    다른 밀가루를 섞지 않고 통밀가루로만 만들어 곡물의 맛이 살아 있답니다~
    타르트나 노오븐 케이크를 만들때 다이제 쿠키를 많이 사용하는데 만들어서 사용해도 좋을 것 같아 만들어 봤어요~
    휴지도 필요없고 만들기도 어렵지 않아 간단하게 만들었던 것 같아요~
    굳지 모양을 내지 않아도 좋지만 쿠키 스탬프가 있어 가운데 글씨를 새겨 구웠더니 정말 더 다이제 같고 멋스럽더라구요~
    제가 사용한 통밀가루는 고운 편이여서 시판 되는 다이제 보다 입자가 더 부드러운 편이였어요~
    오트밀을 추가로 갈아 넣으면 더 곡물 맛이 많이 날 것 같아요~
    맛은 다이제 쿠키와 많이 흡사한 편이에요~

    ▶5.5cm 약 20개 분량
    ▶재료
    무염버터 110g
    슈가파우더 70g
    소금 2g
    꿀 10g
    통밀가루 200g
    베이킹파우더 3g
    우유 20g
    ▶레시피
    1. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 슈가파우더, 소금을 넣고 섞은 뒤 꿀을 넣고 섞는다.
    2. 통밀가루, 베이킹파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞다가 우유를 넣고 한덩이로 뭉치도록 섞는다.
    3. 도톰하게 밀어 펴고 5.5cm 원형커터로 잘라 오븐 팬에 올리고 쿠키스탬프로 글씨를 새기고 이쑤시개의 뒷면으로 콕콕 찍어 모양을 낸다.
    4. 170도 예열한 오븐에서 13~15분 정도 굽고 식힌다.

    110g Unsalted butter
    70g Powdered sugar
    2g Salt
    10g Honey
    200g Whole wheat flour
    3g Baking powder
    20g Milk

      Well, cookies you can get from shop in UK are 10 times less sweet and 20tims less fatty. I would just go to the store on your place. This recipe is sweet/fat crap

    Just made these biscuits! They are absolute comfort food! Just a few things I noticed/changed
    - The wholemeal flour I brought had many grain kernels, so I measured out the sifted amount of flour, I think this gave the cookies a more delicate crumb which had a wonderful texture!
    - I made a DOUBLE batch with the same amount of honey and 100g powdered sugar as I wanted them to be slightly 'healthier'. I kept the butter the same. I don't think it affected the taste and had allowed more of the honey notes and nutty wholemeal taste to come through!
    - I didn't have a 5.5cm cookie cutter so I used a 4cm one and baked around 9-10mins - just keep checking on them to make sure they don't burn!

    Thank you so much for this. I've seen so many cheesecake recipes that call for digestive cookies instead of graham crackers for the crust. (As is popular in the US) Now I can make them myself.

      We don’t have Graham crackers here in the UK, I just assumed Digestive biscuits were the same thing :o

    I just made these and they turned out good. I mixed whole wheat and common flour since my whole wheat flour usually leaves a very strong flavor in recipes. Mom liked them too💐

    저는 조금 변경해서 구워봤는데요!
    2가지로 구웠어요 기본과 치즈로ㅎ
    기본은 다 동일한데 통밀을 120넣고 아몬드가루를 80으로 변경했구요ㅎ
    치즈는 통밀 120 아몬드가루 80 황치즈 40넣었고 우유를 24그람넣어 반죽했어요ㅎ
    170도에서 10분구웠는데 제가 좀 반죽을 얇게 했더니 살짝 타더라구요ㅜ 그래서 좀 더 두껍게 해서 10분구우니 너무 맛있더라구요ㅜㅜ
    치즈는 좀 짤수있어서 소금 빼고 해도 좋을것같아요ㅎ 그건 기호에 맞춰서ㅎㅎ

    치즈케익 바닥으로 만들었다가 너무 맛있어서 벌써 4번째 만들어 먹는 중.
    소금을 간소금말고 살짝 굵은 천일염으로 넣으면 중간중간 짭쪼름한게 아 진짜 진짜 맛있음.

    혹시나 도움이 되실까 싶어서 올려봐요.
    슈가파우더 대신에 설탕 35g 넣구요, 꿀도 없어서 패스하구요...ㅎㅎ 나머지는 똑같이 했어요. 아파트에 달려있는 오븐은 180도에 26분 정도로 돌리니 딱 좋더라구요 ㅎㅎ
    우유는 밀가루에 따라서 좀 다르다던데 저는 26g 정도로 넣으니 딱 좋았어요!!
    완전 맛있었어요! 애들 먹기도 딱이네요~ 이제 이 레시피로 쭉 가보려구요 ㅎㅎ 감사합니다 😊😊

    I believe the conversions are:
    1 C unsalted butter
    2/3 C powdered sugar
    1 2/4 C flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp honey
    4 tsp milk
    ~1/2 tsp baking powder

      keep practicing and you'll get the idea. you should start with cookies, they're the easiest since (in the simplest form) they're just a mix of butter, flour and sugar.

      Buenos días, veo que hablas ni idioma, puedes porfavor escribir los ingredientes en español? Hay algo que es transparente que parece azúcar invertida pero no sé qué es, lo sabes tú? Muchas gracias 😊

      @@juanaharillo1573 110g manteca sin sal, 70g azúcar impalpable, 2g sal, 10g miel, 200g harina de trigo integral, 3g polvo de hornear, 20g leche.
