There was a turn-based strategy game called "History Channel: Great Empires Of Rome" that makes dwarf fortress look like a baby game with how hard, clunky and unintuitive it is.
Imagine hopping into stream late, missing Sonic Schoolhouse and the first thing you hear Vinny say is “we learned a chimpanzee can run a manicure place” I WAS LOST AF

Oh god I have that Hannah Montana game. Back in 2006, my aunt bought it for me since she doesn't know anything about video games and just went "what would a little girl want?" Unfortunately my entire childhood was like this, so I never got any of the good games, just shovelware like this because I was a girl; even worse is that I'm now nostalgic over these games. Eugh.
Strange, I've never played this game before but I still get nostalgic over crappy games like this. Part of me feels like my childhood was somehow tying into games that were based on shows I've watched/heard of. Maybe that's why
Same. The only good game I had on my DS as a kid was Super Mario 64 DS. All the other games I had were stuff like High School Musical 3, or the crappy Imagine games. My mom used to yell at me that I never used my DS despite how much I wanted it, but it was because of all these girly shovelware games she bought me. It wasn't until I bought some real games that I actually enjoyed using my DS.
gee nintendo is the easiest console for parents buying games: just get the nintendo main titles and your kid will be more than satisfied even the worst of nintendos games are leagues above the hammer monk tanner junk. Or just ask your kids friends or cousins
I feel like moms in the 80s started that nonsense "look these games are for boys, I mean what girl would wanna play legend of Zelda or super Mario you play as boys in those after all!" So in the early 2000s you had devs start making "girl games". It's a good thing we have gotten over the whole "if you play as a boy it's for boys" thing, tons of males and females love Zelda and Mario! Hell I know some women who play star trek online and we hammer out advance and elite ques and no I don't carry them they contribute equally.
Shitting in the only clean lake, Clamamem essentially poisons the only drinking supply, killing off every Animate due to dysentery, causing them to go extinct.
We sell that Jonas brother's game for 99¢ at work and put it on counter to be noticed when one of the Brothers was going to be at our mall.

He probably hasn't read any garmfeld if he doesn't even recognise her, which surprised me because everyone has fucking read it at some point in their lives unless maybe you're a kid, I'm not sure how prevalent he is these days.
I was way too into Garfield as a kid. Vinny not knowing who Arlene was made me cringe both at him for his transgression and at myself for my former obsession.
I watched and read Garfield passively but I didn’t remember the pink cats name til I read it here and was like “Oh yeah I saw her once or twice.”
I remember Nermal more tbh. Nermal seemed to appear more though I think.

To my knowlegde, someone else provides the games and (most of the time) vinny plays them for the first time on stream.
So it's concidered shovelware to someone but Vinny did say he liked it however.

Oh shit I had that Hannah Montana game and I finished it in 2 hours (as a 9 yr old) it was so shitty the storyline was so bad (they used the "everything was just a dream" explanation).

Fun Fact: The Rub Rabbits' original Japanese title was Aka-chan wa Doko Karu Kuru no, which translates to "Where Do Babies Come From?", and it's a prequel to a game called Feel The Magic: XY/XX, which was known in Europe and Australia as Project Rub.

The version of Phineas and Ferb Across The 2nd Dimension that was on home consoles was actually a fun, competent game that I played all of the way through. Honestly, though, I think it was way more fun than it really had any right to be.

I got that phineas and ferb 2nd dimension game for my birthday. How did hey forget to program the extra coins to unlock all the costumes? I collected all the coins and was short by like, 9 coins for each character's costume. Either that or there were secret levels or planned dlc.

The Phineas and Ferb thing is based off of a Phineas and Pherb movie. I assume the Garfield game is also based off the Garfield movie, the animated movie not that Like action crap. The first Phineas and Ferb game is based off of the first episode in the series.
Yes, the Garfield game is based on a movie also called Garfield Funfest. I saw it and, really, it's slightly better than the game, but it's not really that good.
The wii version of the second Phineas and Ferb game is actually alot of fun if memmory serves!

I remember, i had a card with ~not~ legal ripped games for my DSi. I had fantastic games like "Hannah Montana" and alls Sims 2 games on it.
I remember playing Sims 2, with this hotel.
And sims 2 pets. I think, you had a studio for pet care or something stupid like that. I remember too, that the "L" and "R" keys were really important. And the ones on my DSi werde broken.
This entire stream was worth watching for the Garfield joke book at the end.
