- Hi everyone ! I took the Spicejet cadet program entrance exam in 2020 and through this video I am sharing my experience (Jump to 16:00 where I share my experience). I have divided this video into 4 sections - about Spicejet, cadet program and course details, selection process and my experience, and whether you should join the program or not.
Hopefully this video will help you in case you are planning to apply for the program.

I am 26, working in corporate in Noida. I too had a dream of becoming a pilot but couldn't go for after 12th. But want to pursue it now. Can you please tell that coaching name from where you took your classes. Also please provide those links where we can practice those tests. Also there are many programs by indigo like L3 Harris, CAE, Flightrule, Skyborne. Can you suggest which is the best one.

Thank you for the amazing video Sir. I had one question. I am 38 years old. I fulfil all the requirements. My only concern is placement after training. Would it be took much of a risk to look for a job after my training i.e. when I will be 40.
It would be tough yes...because you will have only 15-20 good years to fly as opposed to a person who joins in at 21. So do take this decision carefully.
Sir do you have any idea when will Indigo resume its Cadet Pilot Program ? Or should i go ahead with SpiceJet Cadet Pilot Program
My view is that you should wait for Indigo to resume its cadet program, whenever they do. Most likely next year it will be.

They usually assure it, but looking at current market conditions, there would be a certain delay.
Sir do they require 10th marks if I have got less then 60% in 10th
U just need physics and maths in 10th but once ur in 12th maybe the flying school u going have different requirments for 12th grade but 10th not required

You would be getting a pen and paper, but with a few seconds provided to answer the questions, it is not of much use.

Hi how much did you score in compass test. is it similar to SkyTest that's available online for $100 ? worth to buy it ?
I have seen video of people scoring 50% is that enough?
So the SpiceJet guys wont tell you the score, they will just tell you if you cleared it. But for practice, try to attain above 90% accuracy in medium difficulty level.
Yes its similar to SkyTest, but they do have different tests for different cadet programs.

@Dof Slayer yes. That's the point of the cadet training program. If you get a CPL via a flight school by your own a job isn't guaranteed, unlike an air line's cadet training program. And that makes cadet training more costlier than private flying schools

@@vanshkataria7256 so it was supposed to be 4 weeks. But then after 10 days covid came and it got stopped mid way. When it resumed, for about 10 days I practiced for interview and COMPASS, before appearing for the test.

Which aircraft did they offer you a job in??
Bombardier q400 or Boeing 737.
They didn't mention anything like that in the offer letter, I guess that's something that you qualify for, during the training.

@@atharvasingh6807 I feel Q400 has great career prospects. For shorter routes airlines will deploy these aircraft as they are more profitable any day. Career progression is also quicker.

why apptittude test was very hard bro in sky test is it similar in spicejet cadet pilot program also
It depends...if you are scoring well in high difficulty level in sky, SpiceJet aptitude test would be easy to clear
