I was thinking it had something to do with the preset modes, but I am even hearing it in the customer mode. It is just enough to prevent this device from being perfect. I do see an app store on mine either.
Can you play music from phone using bluetooth and use the wireless mics at the same time? I'm planning to just use my tablet as a screen rather than the slow built in tablet.
Yes! You absolutely can, I just tested this out with my iPhone. So that is a good option to avoid the slowness of the built in tablet. Great suggestion too!
I noticed a Screen Mirroring feature on the menu. Would you be able to screen mirror (aka casting) from your phone a TH-cam video Karaoke to the display then using the HDMI to TV to see the video on the TV from any of my guests casting?
I haven’t had any luck getting it to screen mirror. The app doesn’t work unfortunately. In fact I’m quite annoyed with the whole interface in general. It’s really slow to respond, most of the apps “hang” or just don’t launch (TH-cam music, google play store, etc). Not a good experience at all. It’s better used as just a Bluetooth speaker in my opinion.
I think it is not possible anymore on Break 1 and 2 because they were released in the market already with no button for recording. If Ikarao will release a new model, maybe they will add record button to enable recording function.
Lag on the mic? Can you confirm if this affects the singing capability while following lyrics please? :) it’s currently £600 and I don’t want to spend that if I’m going to be disappointed with the lag Thanks a lot :)
@@francisbandUK Yes it does affect the singing. But it depends on how “picky” of a person you are I suppose. For me it’s noticeable, but not a deal breaker. The major thing I don’t like about this unit is the very slow response time of the attached screen. If you are use to your phone and or let’s say an ipad, and the response time of those devices, you will be disappointed with the response time of the screen on this unit.
@@francisbandUKI was looking into this one as well but I went with the smaller S1 because people claimed the delay has been fixed on that model. I just got it today for $261 with tax included during the sale.
@@Aboleo80 I ended up buying the X1 and it is fantastic. They must have fixed the delay on all their systems, thankfully! I can imagine all their machines are great. The quality feels tremendous l.

This is actually a great party speaker coz of its multi functional like u can use karaoke and u can use it as a regular party speaker. Tho the price is to much but i think its reasonable bcoz of its quality too
I have 11 karaoke Bluetooth Machine Speakers. The Ikareo X1 for Singing, has a Complete Superior Sound. I use Utube Only. The Screen is a waist and useless, Don't need the use of this waisted shitty Screen feature. I Play a lot of flamenco Guitar Music, So the guitar Hook sound was amazing. All Karaokes systems, that use Wire less Mics, have pure junk sound. ALWAYS USE A QUALITY plug in Muc for a greater musical Vocals, I rate this Ikareo X1 as a Perfect 10. NOW "where can I order that same "Stand" for my Ikareo speaker" ???

Sorry, I have not had the privilege of testing the X2, so I’m not sure which one is better.
I absolutely love this top of the range karaoke system. Great sound and great for karaoke parties with family and friends. For me 10/10 👍
