WHAT TO DO WHEN THE MOUSE WHEEL DOES NOT PERFORM PAN IN AUTOCAD?

Mouse wheel are used to easily use the pan in Autocad. To pan with most of the Logitech mouse you have to press and hold the scroll wheel and drag it. There are times that we cannot perform pan as we use the mouse wheel.
