I swear by Palmer's cocoa butter too for my skin and if you're looking for products for your hair then I recommend "Pak's", they're all over London (have an online store too). I don't recall microwaving bun before - you can - but I've always had it fresh so it was warm or just made do, but I always have cheese/cheddar with bun, that's a must for me. Ooh yes! Pak's was awesome! we were able to shop at one but there were so many products, I got excited and forgot about filming lol
If you wanted more Jamaican products you should've gone to Brixton or Harlesden soo many Jamaicans & Jamaican stores around these places
