It’s the equivalent of mad scientists creating a savage monster and then acting surprised when the monster turns on them. They made this. I became obsessed and listened to it over a condensed period, what I noticed was that Opie was propelled by other talented people around him. Also, I think he has no personality, so he first wanted to be a DJ, then Stern and then Larry King. His 'authentic' self is now, he is bland.
